I got my belly button done here last November and I kept trying to just hold it in & put up with my result but everytime I look down I can see the piercing itself is crooked. I've been wanting to get my nose pierced for a while and yesterday I got the urge to finally look for a place and get it done. The reviews on Yelp for this spot were great so this was my first choice. Pricing was $50 including the jewelry which was fair! I walked in and was taken care of right away. I have been driving by here for about a year and needed to add to an existing tattoo, so stopped in to check out the parlor. First the staff was great, super friendly. Jeff came to the front and looked at the tattoo I wanted to add to and then talked about a new tattoo on my wrist. He explained the process, cost, and best approach for both pieces of art work. The cost was very reasonable and I am super happy with the art work done. I absolutely love this shop. I have pieces from a couple of artists there, and I love all of them. I've also gotten a couple piercings from Terminus, and I haven't had any trouble with them. The staff is very friendly, and they create an amazing atmosphere there. Place is very clean. I've never had any problem with anyone there. And the artists will really take their time working with you to make sure you get exactly what you want and that you're 100% satisfied. I was a walk in. I was welcomed and sat in the waiting area for maybe a couple minutes before I was helped by Jenn.  She helped me get some ideas on a couple tattoos I wanted and I'm very happy with what we came up with. She even help me customize one. I was literally on The tattoo bed for less than 20 minutes. I enjoyed all the art that wrapped the walls. You'll really enjoy the bathroom Memes, they are hilarious! DO NOT GET YOUR PIERCING HERE!I feel like these people should only stick to tattoos. I got my tragic piercing here and it was a mistake. First off jenn used a curved earring to pierce my ears but when I got a piercing bump another lady that worked there told me the reason for my bump was because they used a curved earring (they're literally asking for a bad review at this point). So when I switched my piercing the first thing I got was an irritated, swollen, pussy ear and everyone didn't seem to give a shit. At this point I wanted to take it out but the workers told me to never do that as it could lead to serious consequences. So I didn't. But it didn't get better so I went to vice and virtue an actual piercing shop and they told me that the jewelry itself was irritating the piercing and so they took it out. My piercing is healing nicely and no I didn't die like the workers were suggesting might happen if I took the piercing out. Just thinking about how I suffered for 6 months bc of these b BOOBOO THE FOOLS makes me wanna PROJECTILE VOMIT on their faces. Maybe I'll take down this review if I get a much deserved refund (which would be around 70ish dollars which I know is hella OVERPRICED for a place that doesn't seem to know what they're doing esp since the jewelry itself is worth 10 bucks). I had a wonderful experience at Terminus City Tattoo. The whole shop had a great vibe and everyone was really encouraging of each other. I found April's Instagram account and when I emailed the shop about setting up a consultation and they got back to me within minutes. During my consultation, April was so understanding of what I had in mind and she offered suggestions when I got stuck as this was my first tattoo. She was so professional but kind through the whole process. When the day came to sit for my tattoo, she was encouraging for the whole four hours and she does beautiful work. April did both of my tattoos on my thighs and I could not be happier! Tattoo shops can be intimidating and sometimes the feeling I get from other places are "standoffish" but not at TCT. Thoroughly disappointed with April. Sending an unwarranted hate email about being unable to work with me because I "wasted her time". If your time is valuable, so is the respect of your clients. What does a voicemail of "if you'd like to confirm your appointment, please call ...... mean?" To me, it meant that if I am somehow unable to confirm, that the appointment is automatically canceled. I received this voicemail to confirm my appointment at 6 pm on the 10th, and my appointment is at their opening time of 12 noon the next day. I was on my way back from New Jersey and due to flight delays, was unable to make it back in time. Because of the expected delay, I did not call to confirm. And understood the appointment as being canceled because of this. Despite this being a clear misunderstanding on my part, without any attempt to talk to me as a client, what I am getting is this hateful and rude email. I was delayed by 15 minutes to my first consultation, but did not even have a 15 minute consultation (for a total time booking of 30 minutes) before I was attacked by April for not being "prepared enough". As a newbie to tattoos, I expected a little more guidance for an idea that I had long had. April did not seem interested in giving me time again and was clear about "being booked through the end of April, etc." I still emailed the shop to attempt to reschedule my consultation, and never actually heard back from April. Just someone at the front desk obliging me with another appointment. You might be a good artist, but don't shun clients and send them hateful emails. Without attempting to understand a certain situation. Learn to respect the clients that are putting you on this pedestal you think you are on. Despicable. Read Less

I went in for a consultation with April, who is so sweet and super nice, but was ultimately referred to Stani due to the style of piece I wanted. Shane was recommended by two other friends and I'm so happy I went with him. I worked with him on a thigh tattoo and was so impressed that I'm working with him again to finish my sleeve. He's so great with color and detail and best part is that he really listens to my ideas and adds his own to create amazing art! When I first when to Terminus City I like it that the pricing was very easy to understand and it was explained well. I've been to other shops and this was not the case. Another thing that's really impressed me about the artists at Terminus City is that they're respectful of their client's time. Stani is the man!  The most professional artist to tattoo me. We talked concept and design for well over an hour before the needle even hit the skin. Awesome guy!  Great conversation over the 8+ hours of tattooing. But that's not what you go for. Go because he's a true artist and a great representative of his profession. And he's in the right place.  Terminus City is also one of the best shops I've been too. Clean, professional staff, great music and vibe. I've been to many tattoo places and this is by far the best one yet. When we first walked in I noticed how nice and clean the place was. Instantly liked it. Good decor and felt very welcoming! The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful took his time and fit me into the schedule. Jenn was the one to do my tattoo and I can't say enough about how awesome she is. She was patient while I picked out the script and helped me figure out the right placement. She has a great personality and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Awesome shop and people! My new go-to place. Like a lot of places, they do welcome walk-ins, but you are not guaranteed time. The best way to have work done is to book an appointment, which will include a flat $80 deposit. Of course, your deposit will go towards the cost of your tattoo. So far, I had work done by Jeff and April. I'm definitely a happy customer. They are both very personable, accurate with design/tattooing and quick. The only downside: they're only open until 8 pm. What a great place Terminus is. Is it crazy to say that the interior of a tattoo shop is bright and modern? If so, then call me crazy because Terminus is exactly that. It's a pleasure to get work done there because it's so nice and open and actually enjoyable. And their artists are excellent.I got my lower left arm sleeved by Shane. It was a difficult design and a complex piece, and he worked with me to make the whole process easy. He's got incredible skill, and his work is so bright and colorful. Jeff gave my wife a really amazing tattoo, and he worked diligently with her to come up with a design and alter the colors to her liking. Both he and Shane were friendly and cool, basically the kind of people you'd like to hang out with even if you weren't getting a tattoo. Everyone I met in the shop was consistently nice, and the work I saw the other artists performing was uniformly of high quality.I can't recommend this place enough. This was my first tattoo, so I was a little nervous going in. I received fantastic service throughout the entire process from all of the people I encountered. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I come from a restaurant background, so sanitation is something with which I am intimately familiar and value highly. That said, the shop was immaculate. It was clear that they are ethical, clean, and are all so talented. It is tastefully decorated. I was early arriving for my appointment, so I was able to observe the artists and staff for a bit. I watched one gentleman cleaning up after one of the artists had completed a tattoo, and the cleanup process was detailed and thorough. When I got to my artist's station, everything was labeled, appropriately prepared with sanitation precautions, and I saw the artists (especially mine- more on her in a second) remove their gloves each time they left their station or touched something not as a necessary part of the tattooing process. Each of them put on new gloves when they returned to their stations and returned to work. It was obvious that cleanliness and sanitation are highly valued, emphasized, and have been incorporated into the routine as an ethically necessary (and legally, of course, as well) aspect of the business. Each artist has his/her own station, which is organized and decorated to his/her taste. Upon walking in, it immediately feels like a safe environment where anyone and everyone is welcomed and valued as a client.  All of the artists are specific about the kind of work they each do and are patient and willing to explain what their style is, even for the newest of newbies like myself. They are true to their art and quite knowledgable in how they approach the tattoo (in other words, they won't just do anything to make money, they will guide you each step of the way, educate you on what will and won't work, and will do what they believe is going to give the client the best long term results and satisfaction while honoring your personal requests). And they are willing to refer you to another artist in the shop if what you are seeking is not quite their style. This impressed me because it was obvious that they care about their art, their reputations, and their clients, not just about making money. I received a free consultation, was shown a concept, and given an estimate before I was asked to pay a penny.  When I arrived for my appointment, I was shown a completed design, which we spent time tweaking until it was exactly the way I wanted it. The ultimate cost was excellent, far less than I would have expected for this quality of work, and less than the estimate I was initially given (a pleasant surprise!). My artist was April. I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was so patient as we refined the design of my tattoo. She was patient with my initial indecisiveness on where I wanted the tattoo placed as well. She was so friendly, she put me at ease almost instantly. She was attentive to my every need and concern, answering every question I asked thoroughly. Most of all, she is a gifted artist. Her work is beautiful, to say the least. It is unique, graceful, tasteful, with the eye and talent of a real artist. Her talent and her kind presence made the experience itself pleasurable and memorable.Overall, a far better experience than I could have imagined having. A few days ago I decided on the spur of the moment that I needed a frenum piercing. Called and talked to Derek. An hour later I was in the shop on a table getting it done.
