Very unprofessional. When I arrived I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I was looked at as if I was not welcomed into their establishment. I had to say hello and still did not get a response. I immediately turned around and walked out of the door. I don't know if it was the fact that I'm black and the shop was full of Hispanic people but I definitely got the vibe like "what are you doing in here black person". I've been dealt the racist card before and this was the same feeling I had after leaving. So disappointed!!!!!

This joint is a freakin joke! My friend wanted his eye brow pierced so we called 30 mins prior to coming in to confirm if they were open, if a piercer was available and prices. The woman we spoke to said $25.00 which included the jewelry. When we arrived we were then quoted $45.00. We advised, no... that we were quoted $25 on the phone. The woman that answered the phone previously got an attitude and told us that wasn't true she said $45 and wanted to get smart with me and go back and forth about it. Since we were already there my friend went ahead and paid the $45. My thing is if you quoted the wrong price then own up to it and apologize don't go back-and-forth and then try to get an attitude. Obviously you have no clue what customer service is nor are you trying to increase your business in a positive way. Only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because my friend actually did like his piercing.

I get it that it's a tattoo shop but I don't want to go somewhere to get a tattoo from people who can't even give you the respect to be greeted properly. "Hello, what can I do for you today?" Doesn't seem very hard, manager was rude. Would not recommend.

I came here on Saturday looking to get tatted..and honestly I was satisfied. This shop was very clean, great environment, and the staff were exceptional. Sysko was the artist that took care of me. Real cool dude. I got my wife's name with a crown. Needless to say I'll be back for my work.

Wicho pierced my nipples. He is very talented!! Highly recommend!!!! Best prices too and let me bring my kid. Other shops are more expensive and don't allow kids. Thank u Wicho!! Very good!!!

I came in earlier today with my mom to get my nose pierced , and honestly my overall experience was amazing . As soon as we arrived, we were serviced immediately and out of the door in less than 10 mins. (minutes) I will definitely only be going to this place for piercings/future tattoos. Amazing experience !

Someone really needs to train they employees on sizes, I came in needing another spetum ring. I told the stupid girl I wanted a 16 gauge or a 14 gauge she showed me both, I decided on the 16 gauge. Son I don't know what she gave me I tried sticking it in my nose it didn't work. I went to another shop NORSK!!! wonderful place in Buford and the girl told me that's a 14 gauge she gave me a 16 and SUPRISE it went right in my nose and their rings were cheaper. If you gonna do a no return policy make sure you're employees know what they are doing.

I went in today with two of my friends today and all three of us got our tattoos done by Rogelio. He was great, he worked well with me and my friends to make sure we got what we wanted. All of our tattoos turned out amazing, I am in love with mine. I highly recommend this place and will probably get more tattoos here in the future.

I just got work done by Wicho on my shoulderblade. It was a 4inch sunflower that cost me $100. I love it! He did a great job and was very professional. I can see where people might feel "awkward or uncomfortable" because it was very quiet and the employees do talk in primarily spanish when talking to each other. It didn't bother me and they weren't talking poorly about me or other customers. They were talking about work which I think is perfectly acceptable. Wicho & I did not talk other than him making sure I wasn't dying or anything which was perfectly fine. He got my tattoo done in a timely manner and did a great job. I was there for less than an hour. The only thing I would want different is that after the work is done to be given some aftercare instructions. This wasn't my first so I had an idea of what to do, but if it had been my first or just for a refresher, I think it would be nice. Even if it is just a small piece of paper that has some aftercare tips. other than that, it was affordable, good quality, and I'd go back.

Very unprofessional. When I arrived I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I was looked at as if I was not welcomed into their establishment. I had to say hello and still did not get a response. I immediately turned around and walked out of the door. I don't know if it was the fact that I'm black and the shop was full of Hispanic people but I definitely got the vibe like "what are you doing in here black person". This joint is a freakin joke! My friend wanted his eye brow pierced so we called 30 mins prior to coming in to confirm if they were open, if a piercer was available and prices. Doesn't seem very hard, manager was rude. Would not recommend.

I went in today with two of my friends today and all three of us got our tattoos done by Rogelio. He was great, he worked well with me and my friends to make sure we got what we wanted. All of our tattoos turned out amazing, I am in love with mine. I highly recommend this place and will probably get more tattoos here in the future.

I just got work done by Wicho on my shoulderblade. It was a 4inch sunflower that cost me $100. I love it! He did a great job and was very professional. I can see where people might feel "awkward or uncomfortable" because it was very quiet and the employees do talk in primarily spanish when talking to each other. It didn't bother me and they weren't talking poorly about me or other customers. They were talking about work which I think is perfectly acceptable. Wicho & I did not talk other than him making sure I wasn't dying or anything which was perfectly fine. He got my tattoo done in a timely manner and did a great job. I was there for less than an hour. The only thing I would want different is that after the work is done to be given some aftercare instructions. This wasn't my first so I had an idea of what to do, but if it had been my first or just for a refresher, I think it would be nice.
