I had a good experience at this shop. It was clean, looked nice and presentable inside, and the staff was friendly. I originally was unhappy with the placement of my spider bites, so my piercer was willing to fix it to how I wanted. If I ever get any more piercings it will be here. I wish I could give a lower rating but unfortunately, I can't! I went to After the Fire to get a daith peircing with my best friend. She wanted to record me getting my peircing with my phone. The suppose to be "professional" piercer told us that she could not record nothing in his shop and that if she do, he would take that phone, smash it, and then look at us at laugh. I should have got up and went elsewhere but I didn't. How disrespectful was that? After I got my peircing, for some reason, I started feeling like I was going to pass out and I started sweating really bad and I told him. He told me, " go stand out there" which "out there" was in the front. He had no concerns and didn't even try to help me at all. All he cared about was getting to the next customer. The other customer that was there, had more sympathy than he did. The next day, the ball on my daith peircing came off. I had to take it to GA Boyz to get it back on. After that, I haven't had anymore problems with the ball coming off. The guy at After the Fire is so so disrespectful, rude, and just plain nasty towards his customers. I will never ever go there again for anything. As I was standing there waiting for him to get there (didn't show up until 3:30pm which made him LATE because he was to open at 3pm), another lady was there because her jewelry came completely out of her new peircing. Because he was late and she had to go to work, she had to leave and couldn't get it put back in. My sister went there to get her nose pierced and she had nothing but problems with it. This guy should not be in business at all! He has no respect for anyone and he don't work well with customers. If he keep this nasty attitude up, he will not be in business for long! I would give it lower but it will not let me. I had 2 leave and go straight 2 another shop and have it removed because the piercing I got was very poorly executed. I then called to confront and question them about what had happened (naturally), I was called back by the piercer's wife whom wanted 2 talk about all the training and experience her husband had instead of apologizing and attempting 2 agree in any form with me. She then refused to give me my money back because "I had an attitude" and hung up the phone on me. I have pictures!
