Came in here for a septum piercing after two different shops were too busy- I think it was fate! My piercing was done by Devo, and he did a wonderful job both on the piercing itself and explaining the process to me. Knowing what he was doing each step definitely made it easier for me. Shop is clean, staff is friendly and talented, and price is on par with other decent tattoo/piercing places. Will be returning for future body mods!

Went on Monday to get my nose pierced. Very nice experience. My piercing was done by Devo. He is so cool and laid back. I was nervous and he could tell. He was real patient and made sure to explain the process. Now he was real quick with the piercing. I mean literally deep breath in and once I exhaled he was done. The pain wasn't that bad on a scale of 1-10 I would say it was a 4.5 and lasted for a few mins. I think we were in the shop for a total of 10 mins and the cost was only $30.Now fast forward to Saturday...the damn stud got caught on the cover and ripped out. By it being so tiny I could not find it. I was in panic mode. I texted Devo and he said not to worry. Went in today per his request and he put in a new ringHe didn't have to use the needle he used the little pole looking thing what the jewelry goes in. Now this time the pain was a 10. I told my husband if it come out again that's it. All in all it was a good experience. Will be going back not for piercing but to freshen up some ink. Oh yea the other guy in their Chris he was real cool too.

I have experienced both Devo and Brian's work and they are both great. D did a tattoo and put piercings back in. He was gentle and comforting. Brian did my spider bites. Again, quick. They both explained everything well. Chris hadn't done any work for me yet but I have seen his art and he (as well as D and Brian) are amazing.

(I always use his expertise for my family and myself) The owners have expanded and opened more locations all over the country and I hear there will even be some locations internationally.(Good luck on this venture)Long Island Tattoo is a great addition to any area they move in to such as Douglasville Ga and Little 5 Points. I visited the 2nd location mentioned since I was in the area eating at the Vortex. Once again, always clean, always friendly and one of the most talented staff around.

For them to be so small, you can still see the detail and the color looks great(they're not just black silhouettes, they're colored). This will be the only shop I go to from now on!

Just got my first tattoo today by john and I'm in love! We originally went in for my fiancé to get a few things done and I was super apprehensive about getting a tattoo. He let me watch and calmed my nerves. I never felt pressured into it and I so happy I did it! We will definitely be going back to them again!!!

Came in here for a septum piercing after two different shops were too busy- I think it was fate! My piercing was done by Devo, and he did a wonderful job both on the piercing itself and explaining the process to me. Knowing what he was doing each step definitely made it easier for me. Shop is clean, staff is friendly and talented, and price is on par with other decent tattoo/piercing places. Will be returning for future body mods!
