I don't know how he got the ratings he has, but I just called this dealer and he was very rude and short!!!!! I didn't even ask him any more questions because of his telephone ettiquette! No way am I going to fork over my money and can't get good customer service over the phone!!!!! I told him never mind I'll call another U-Haul dealer because of his rudeness!!!!! Remember you're not the only buisness with trucks parked out front!!!!! Wish I didn't even have to rate the one star he got!!!! He doesn't even deserve that!!!!!!! Read Less
