Rude customer service. I called to ask about piercing jewelry and for a place that advertises on their own website about "exotic piercings" they don't know what half of them are even called. "Are you trying to be funny man?" "You're trying to use big words and technical names man?" "You're using 15 letter words and stuff, really?" "You don't know the part of the body?"... obviously I'm telling you the part of the body but you don't know the business your in apparently. I wouldn't use a shop that doesn't know the nature of their own business. Maybe they're good at tattoos but piercings are NOT their thing. This is really the worst Tattoo place ive ever seen. My husband had got a tattoo here before when they were called infamous and they did a good job. My phone was dead so i couldnt check the reviews. I wanted a cheap tattoo and i got that exactly... The tattoo is uneven.. one  line goes from thick to thin (it should be a clean even line). My husband and i wanted to both get our initials tattooed onto our Ring fingers. I shouldve known the guy was a rookie by him spilling the ink and then shaking while doing my tattoo. I also got both of my nipples pierced here which was another mistake. Im not even going to go into details... I SHOULDVE KNOWN better. Completely unprofessional.... shop was extremely hot no ac and smelt like straight weed. The artist todd was rude and I should take that back I've never been to a shop where the artist says I'm going to draw something up and comes with computer generated fonts and says pick one. He was unattentive running back forth to the door like there were no other workers in shop. Then when he finally came to tatt me smelt like straight weed you can tell he just smoked, it was so strong i almost caught a contact needless to say few weeks later my tatt on my hand faded and I won't go back to let them fix it. This shop sucks and is unprofessional! You walk thru the door and it feels like you have stepped into the gates of hell! The A/c must be broke or they to cheap to turn it on. They were empty which was the first red flag. Then the artist Todd was rude and unattentive. When I commented on my tattoo he kept insisting he was a professional and knew what he was doing but kept bringing out computer generated fonts and couldn't deliver what I really wanted. I had to sit forever and the last straw was when he came from the back smelling like straight weed. Over all dissatisfied need a hood tatt go here want real work go somewhere else. Tom sucks,this ni**a free handed my shit like a 3 year old drawing.I thought the finished process would look better but his drawing and detail sucked,he kept reassuring me the finished process would be detailed and straight ,NOT!!! I should have known something was wrong when i pulled up to the shop and they were completely empty with no customers,No customers in decatur? at a tattoo shop? dammit i blame myself,now I gotta get my normal tattoo guy at Zion tattoos to fix it,he even said Tom used a thin needle because my tat shouldve popped,more detail etc...NEVER AGAIN! this dude need templates to trace on his tattoos,stop freehanding tats if you cant draw then lie to people saying it will look completely different after you finish.I hated it so bad that I was wanting a cover up done next week but my guy says he will fix it thank god Read Less

My experience with Infamous Tattoo has been excellent. I will admit the exterior of the facility had me nervous ( I drove by reaal sloow). But, once I entered I was created promptly by a friendly tattoo artist and waited on immediately. I had my septum pierced, a very painful process, but the body piercer took great measures to meet my comfort needs. The piercer was patient and explained very thoroughly the aftercare instructions for my septum piercing. The piercer also gave me advice on caring for my other body piercings. A week later I had an incident that involved my nostril piercing coming out ( all my fault) and I was only able to partially put the piercing back. I immediately went back to the piercer and he put the nostril stud back in, good as new with no additional charge. Use caution when visiting the shop after dark, but I highly recommend Infamous Tattoos. Read Less
