I had the worst experience ever at this tatto shop. I came in with my two sisters to get matching tattoos since all of us live in other states, my pregnant sister who had prearranged to come back at a later date after she had the baby was unable to get a tattoo because they lost the design. After promising to put it aside. My sister and I that were able to get the tattoos were wanting obviously the same tattoo and they both came out different with one back ground ended up looking like paint dropping and one ended up being clouds. When it was suppose to be water colors. They didn't even seemed bothered that the whole idea about what we wanting was ruined. At this point me and my sisters have 3 separate tattoos of 3 birds. I've had tattoos and piercings done by these guys before, so I know they do a good job BUT- I was wanting to get a tattoo and knew I needed to call ahead of time, so I called a week ahead to schedule an appointment. Guy told me that "I need to call back a few days before because they would forget"�� OK- so fast forward, called numerous times this week and NO ANSWER. Seriously? They have a man their doing piercings that should not be (Casper) because he clearly didn't have the correct knowledge to do a simple belly button piercing. Was not pierced like a belly button piercing should be. Definitely get what you pay for...crap.. Read Less

Do not go there for any type of Piercing, They are very rude and extremely nervous. It was very obvious that they did not feel comfortable with the procedure. I highly recommend going to another place where the person about to stick a neadle into you feels comfortable. Read Less

My friend and I went to this place so that she could get a tattoo. When we walked up to the shop, all of the men were outside smoking and told us they would be with us in a minute. 10 minutes later, they come inside and help us (poor customer service). Not only that, but everything my friend threw out at them for a tattoo idea, the guy was just not interested. He made every single excuse not to do the tattoo that she wanted. Eventually, she just asked him to draw a sketch for her to see what it would look like and he wanted her to pay $20 JUST to draw the tattoo!Do not waste your time at this place. They are just completely rude. We ended up going to Underground Ink in Gainesville. The people at Underground Ink put Dragon's Den to shame. Read Less

I wanted to get a piercing today and called them up around 6 in the evening, they said they were closing up but could squeeze me in between the last two tattoos he was doing, and to come down. I got there and they got my paperwork all set up and we chatted for a bit while he was finishing up on the first tattoo. He washed up and got everything out for my piercing, took 5 minutes to set up and get me marked, had me lay down in this (really freaking awesome) chair and we were talking about how many tattoos we had, I said "I have ten piERCings, nine tattoos." And we al kind of giggled over the fact that I didn't even know he was ready, by the time I finished talking he was done and I was pierced!
