He made a few minor changes and my tattoo was even better than the picture I brought in. Very light handed but extremely talented. We came in at 3:00 p.m. on a Sunday. He had 2 customers ahead of us and we were next. (My husband and I) it was my treat to my husband and surprise. We haven't been out in a long time and today we finally got a baby sitter. The guy let us spend 3 hours sitting there only for him to say he couldn't do it. I'm livid...he let us waste our entire time out without the kids for nothing. On top of that we let him take someone before us because he said it would be quick although we'd been sitting there for 2 hours. Then when I asked for a discounted rate, he quoted the same price he originally gave us but said he'd do the letters bigger as if that made up for the fact that we wasted 3 hours there. Read Less

I went for my first tattoo and it was a great experience! I got the eye of ra behind my left ear and the Sagittarius arrow behind my right! Me and my girlfriend went in for our appointment with Chris on October 24th. The place is one of the cleanest shops I've ever seen. Not only that, very professional, knowledgeable and amazing. My wife found out about Chris Huff and Now or Never through research. We are stationed at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and both have had work done before. She was looking for that kind of artist who's not the person you settle for, but the world-class type of artist. Chris is that kind of world-class artist. My wife had some work done by Chris and it was amazing, so I scheduled my first appointment with him and he's been awesome. I finished my second piece with him yesterday. T...he whole crew there is great to listen to, visit with, laugh with, while the artist is doing your work. Staff is not knowledgeable regarding correct size jewelry for piercings. I bought the wrong size gauge for a piercing based off the salesman's recommendation. I asked a series of questions and pointed to another size I thought might be more appropriate but he insisted on the smaller choice. The ring was too small and ended up falling out and getting lost. When I went back I asked the person who sold me the ring if he would comp another ring of equal or lesser value since he sold me the wrong size. He scoffed and said no. I was originally going to buy the ring online but decided to support a local business. They do not value new customers here. Bad business. Read Less

As someone who was getting their first tattoo, I went in expecting the artist to listen to what I wanted and be understanding and try to work with me. NOT the case. if you're smart, you'll pick anywhere but here to get tattooed. The guy who tattooed me was obviously trying to rush me into a decision when I asked his opinion about the placement of the tattoo. When I failed to make a decision in the 2 minutes he expected, he became annoyed and sulky and started texting on his phone while I sat in the chair. When I made up my mind, all of 5 minutes later, he hurriedly placed the stencil on me. When the stencil was obviously crooked, I asked him nicely to re-place it. I mean, this IS permanent. He got annoyed again, but did it. It was straight, and he proceeded to tell me that I was 'really making him work for his money.' He took about 5 minutes, wrapped my finger, and that was the end. Seriously, the worst service I've ever received. If he had been a waiter somewhere, or a cashier, he would be fired immediately for his lack of people skills.Just think twice before going here.
