I absolutely love my tattoo. Seth made my experience very quick and easy. My tattoo came out great and it took him almost no time at all. The place was clean and has a great vibe about it. Prices are very reasonable depending on what you want, stamps are held to a higher price point than large pieces are. Been here before and had rook pierced with Vincent, (this review is not reflecting him) this is a review of today. I went in to purchase body jewelry. I wanted to spend money for daith rook and tongue. I waited close to 15mins for the woman with the key. A nice gentleman behind the desk was very warm and accommodating. Explained she would be out front soon. I went to say to I might have to go I have three children and hubby in car. Then he Went back there the second time for ...her. Finally she appeared. My husband said he saw her come in back door not long after I had entered the studio. When she did come, she saw to a customer that was after me. Explained she would see them first as they only wanted a nostril stud. I said fine, waited some more. I then started to ask her about what I wanted. A group of 4-5 ladies come in she stops and dismisses me just left me hanging half sentence. Again saw to them and then had them look in another room for what they needed. While I am left there thinking surely she will come right back to me. Nope she was still with them. I ended up walking out and not purchasing anything. Sorry but that is not how you treat customers. Being more personable because they are tattoo artist and thier job is to make sure thier client(s) feels comfortable and welcomed and at ease about ink that is permanent to thier bodies. I can't really speak for the tattoo artists here, because I have minimal ink, BUT I can speak volumes for Vincent and his super awesome piercing skill set. He's been my piercer for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I came in yesterday to add a daith piercing to my collection, and as always, the process was smooth, sanitary and with minimal discomfort. And, even after many a piercing from Vincent over the years, he still makes a point to detail the aftercare and what to expect during the healing process. Took my daughter to get her first tattoo. Jason was the one who did it and was really good. Always checking and making sure she was doing ok. While he was putting it on he Did it a couple times just to make sure the placement was exactly in the middle of her back. He was just awesome and did an awesome job. I went and saw Vincent and had my septum pierced tonight, and I must say I felt very comfortable with him and in the shop. I was very nervous about the pain, but he was very chill and walked me through everything and before I knew it, it was over. I've been here for a tattoo and a nose piercing before. I walked in yesterday to get another piercing with Vincent again and like before he was super nice. He does such a good job and has a lot of experience. He talked to me the entire time so that really took the edge off for me. This is my favorite tattoo shop in Columbus by far! It's an almost 30 minute drive for me but worth all the gas and time to come! Trevor did a tattoo for me three years ago and over the years I lost track of him. One of my best friends told me he was at Royal Anchor, so as soon as I had the money I came in! I was so pleasantly surprised by the comfortable atmosphere and down to earth folks that work here. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Trevor made time for me the next day and I now have two amazing pieces that I love! While I was in the lobby waiting I met Vince, and he helped me with my piercing needs. Royal Anchor is an extremely clean and professionally business. I have nothing great things to say about them. Me and a friend got our nipples pierced the other day and i was surprised at how little pain it was and i felt as if i were in great hands. Vincent did and excellent job and was on point with the needle. I'm planning on going back really soon to get some ink done.
