Not sure what Miriam's deal was in the above review. Any reputable and true tattoo artist wouldn't copy someone else's work which is why you research and find the artist whose style best reflects what you're looking for. I've gotten a few large pieces done by Bobby and simply gave him an idea of what I was wanting and left it up to him to put his own personal touch of style and perspective into the tattoo. Not only did he come up with an idea I was excited about but he nailed the tattoos as well. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I get some work done and you can imagine how clean and well run a shop must be to get a 100 from the health inspector. I have had all of my tattoos and piercings done at Boulevard since I moved to Georgia.  I have had both Bobby and Daniel do work on me and everywhere I go I am always complimented on my work.  The shop is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.  I would recommend  Boulevard highly to anyone looking for  quality work. Got my lip pierced here. The piercer was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me (I asked a lot of questions, lol) and made sure that I was calm and comfortable. I will definitely be getting all of my future piercings here. Read Less

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. The staff gave terrible service and the work was extremely mediocre. I talked to Bobby about a very simple peach tattoo I wanted and he refused to give me the tattoo exactly how I wanted it because he's "a tattoo artist not a copy machine" . Even though I showed him a picture of the EXACT tattoo I wanted he insisted he wanted to edit it to make it his own art (which wouldn't be a huge problem if the outline he came up with didn't look like a 4th grader drew it). He boasted about his 25 years of tattoo experience but he couldn't draw a simple peach. Bobby had a terrible attitude from beginning to end so I decided to have a different artist do it. I don't remember his name but he was nice. The tattoo came out O.K. But I definitely plan on getting it touched up as soon as it's healed. If you want a quality tattoo by skilled artists go somewhere else. Read Less

Daniel has done three tattoos for me and just gave my 73 year old Mom her first tattoo! I was really impressed with his artwork when I only gave him little pieces of three or four different things with comments about why I didn't like those! I was up from FL for a sad occasion of my childhood friend's passing. My niece wanted a specific tattoo and had been referred to Daniel. We went into the shop and he fit us in for a tattoo. We came back in the afternoon. He had sketched out her tattoo and hit the mark. See my niece is like my daughter. She is 23 but to me she is still my little girl. She has fought for life since her first day on this earth. She's had 12 heart surgeries and now there is "nothing else" the Dr's can do. She wants to live life to its fullest. She got a clearance to get her tattoo in memory of my brother, her uncle who passed suddenly. Its strange my brother had lived on the other end of collins ave about 35 years ago. Daniel treated her very professional and gave her the prettiest Ohana Stitch tattoo. He didn't know her story. She loves it! She maybe a small person but she took that tattoo like a man on her thigh. While Bobby Baxley is a talented artist, I will NOT go to this, or any studio that employs him. His attitude sucks. He has a know if all,egotistical approach,and refuses to do the tattoos the way that people are paying him to do, and argues with you that his design is better. Went in with an idea in mind. Spoke with Bobby and he told me what I really didn't want to hear but he was honest. Could've taken my money and gave me a subpar tattoo.
