Went in a few days ago to have a daith piercing done. I came in not too long after they opened, so it seemed like they were still getting set up for the day, but they still took care of me promptly. I was taken back to the piercing station within 5-7 minutes, including paperwork. Everything was VERY clean, and my ear was thoroughly sterilized before the piercing was performed! Melanie did an EXCELLENT job with my piercing and was very gentle and reassuring. I’ve had no problems thus far with the healing and overall was very pleased with my experience! Read Less

Did not have a pleasant experience with this establishment at all. First went in with a drawing and needed it to to be tweeked by a proffesional artist...I kept being told it was coming and even was set up with days to come in. Lost two days of work over this. Finally, walked in and confronted artist..another heard me saying I wanted the owner to phone me , i was told he would and that artist set up a date for today and i sent him a picture to his phone as i did with the first one and told him it needed to be tweeked. As i explained to both of them I wanted the picture before hand so i could make sure it was what i wanted and wanted to show it to family and friends. It was my deceased kitty's name in a heart with Angel wings, my son drew it up but it needed a proffesional to make it right. Never got the drawing from the second artist, nor did the owner ever call.Too bad..they lost alot of business as many friends were going to get tattoo's. Read Less

Wonderful tattoo shop in Canton! Very professional and extremely clean, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in.Staff is very friendly and welcoming, which is a rare thing in a lot of tattoo shops. I was a walk-in, but they were busy that day but, Josh said he could squeeze me in the next day.Josh is an awesome artist with a light touch. I want to give this place a good review; I really do. Really friendly staff. I came here for a piercing but it fell out as they were doing it so they had to do it again. They gave me $10 off for that. But then the jewelry fell out while I was just sitting around about an hour later. I know these things happen sometimes, but this thing just wasnt in right. Maybe their tattoos are brilliant but I basically came here to pay to get a useless hole put through me. Disappointed. Read Less

Two friends had recommended Todd Glidewell at Planet Ink to me. I'm so glad I reached out to him and made an appointment. We messaged back and forth quite a bit before my appointment about the design I wanted, as well as availability for scheduling. I really liked how Todd was devoted to ensuring I would like the tweaks he made to the design I wanted. And when I came in, he was very patient with me as I asked for it to be re-sized. And re-sized. And re-sized. More than half a dozen times. He was even patient and friendly when I asked that the tattoo be re-positioned on my wrist and he had to clean off my skin and start over.This was a great experience all around.
