If I could put no stars then I would. Derrick did a tattoo for me and it came out terrible(he even agreed). He told me to come back in when it's fully healed and he will fix it. I came in and he wants to charge me to fix his mistake. He doesn't stand by his work and the quality of it is very bad. I will never do business with them again. The lady that works there(sorry forgot her name) has done 2 tattoos for me and did a great job. She had to do some touch up work for me and didn't charge. I should have went back to her for my next one but she wasn't there so I went with Derrick(very bad desicion on my part). Also, I went back to Derrick(before one tattoo was fully healed) to get another one done in a different spot and he doubled the price of the original quote he gave me. I didn't get the work done with him because of him doubling the price but went back so he can fix his mistake and that's when he tried to charge me again. I walked in because of the reviews. However , I was greeted by a rude woman stuffing her face in the lobby. I asked to see some work and portfolios. She hesitantly got them for me. I asked if she can price a piece for me. She answered “well I’m eating lunch now!” (While watching a show) I politely said ok and left. Artists tells us wrong time to come in then some rude lady came out and told us to get out because we had a kid with us and referred to her sign without taking a breath with a snotty tone. I have gotten about 80% of my tattoos done here & I have loved all of them! Jillian Casey is talented & very willing to work with her clientele to make sure she delivers exactly what they are looking for. Her linework is some of the cleanest I have ever seen (& I've seen tons) & her color skills are unmatched (seriously). Not only is she an awesome artist, she's an amazing person. Any time I go out of my house showing any of my tattoos, I will absolutely be stopped & asked who did my work! Honestly there hasn't been a lot I've seen that she can't do. As for Derek, he's been tattooing almost longer than I've even been alive! Both amazing artists & truly wonderful people. Very clean & very comfortable shop, you can tell everything is how it should be from the moment you walk in. I have used this shop for all but 1 of my tattoos over the past 15 years. I have had many types done from cover-ups (for the one tattoo not received here) to lettering to partial concepts I'd been working on. They are great both Jillian and Derrick do excellent work! All you need is a partial idea or some idea of what you want your subject to be and they will design something that you will love, also if there is something you are not sure about they don't take it personal and will make the change. I read an earlier review giving them one star apparently for inconsistent pricing but tattooing is not an exact science they do hundreds of tattoos a month, How can you expect them to remember how much they charged? From what I read the difference really only worked out to about a $20 difference. Well worth the money!! Very clean and in a good location. I suggest asking to see Jillian's sketchbook skills! The place was clean, the price was reasonable, and Jillian was efficient (it was only about 20 minutes, but then again, it wasn't a very complex tattoo).  Can't ask for much more from a parlor.  I don't plan on another (they still hurt as much as the last time), but if I were, I'd go here again.  FYI: it's cash only, so I had to run across the street to the Wells Fargo ATM.  Not a bad thing, just a heads up. Jillian drew me a beautiful tattoo based off a terrible drawing I did myself. I get compliments on my tattoo constantly, and everyone always wants to know where I went. I love going to Fine Lines, the atmosphere is very inviting and warm, and their shop is the cleanest I've seen. I was nervous about getting my first tattoo and me and my boyfriend went to about ten different shops before being told by a coworker about Fine Lines, and Jillian in particular. She made me feel right at home, took the idea I had for my first tattoo and ran with it, made it better than the original, and we've both been back multiple times for more by her. I was a tattoo virgin who went to Fine Lines to get my first ink done. From my vague description of what I wanted, tattoo artist Jillian Casey was able to work up a perfect design, and she talked me through the tattooing process and made me feel at ease. I was so happy with the finished result and the overall experience that I asked her to sketch up an expansion of the original design, and I'm excited to get that done.
