I have been going to Dr. Kulkin and his staff for years and was excited to hear about MiraDry when it first came out. After reading up on the procedure and knowing that Dr. Kukin and his team deliver superb services, I decided to schedule the consult/procedure. The office was very accommodating as I live a few hours away. They also reassured me from the beginning that driving myself home after the procedure would not be an issue. I arrived the morning of MiraDry and of course Charlotte (NP) was ready to go. She explained the process step-by-step and exactly what to expect. She was right on. After Charlotte completed the prep work, Dr. Kulkin began the infusion to numb my underarms. It was easy--one small "sting" then the remainder of the numbing technique was fairly simple. I didn't feel much at all. When it was time for the actual Miradry, I felt absolutely nothing. My drive home was easy and I stayed numb for several hours. Post-operatively, I was swollen and tender for a few days, but it did not limit me in my routine/activities. I used Motrin for the first few days. I had no sweating for several weeks, then at about 6 weeks noticed I had some minimal sweating during appropriate times. I am currently 2 months out from the procedure and have 75% overall reduction. I am very happy that I don't have to think about what to wear based on sweating--that is huge! I was very pleased with Dr. Kulkin and the entire WIFH team throughout the entire process. They definitely go out of their way to stay in contact with you and make sure you are more than satisfied with your results. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Read Less

One of the best doctors ever!!!! Genuinely cares for his patients. Recently I saw him for a allergic reaction on my face . It was so easy to reach him even after hours to talk about concerns or request a prescription. These days you cannot get a hold of doctors even during business hours!!! I had a very expensive lipo produre here back in April. To this day, I have not seen any improvements. Actually I am more lumpy than I was in the beginning. Last time I went for a follow up, Dr. Kaulkin told me to lose some weight. If it was easy to lose weight, I wouldn't have the surgery. All of my weight is front loaded. Looks like I am pregnant. Now I still look pregnant but I am super lumpy with hard spots. I am not happy with the results. 6k is a lot of money to have ZERO RESULTS. I don't know what to do. I would not reccomend it. Dr. Kulkin and his team are fantastic. I usually see Regan and she is awesome. Dr. Kulkin always takes time to answer questions and gives his honest opinion. Lindsay is always incredibly pleasant and helpful anytime I have questions about anything, and really tries to help figure out the best option available for you personally. I have been going to wifh now since dec 2013 for tattoo removal. I just finished june 2015. I had 17 sessions. Although i knew this was not a one time deal i had no idea it would take so many. On my initial visit they used a scale to determine how many sessions it would take. They used the length of age and size and graded me an 8 to 10 scale. Meaning 8 to 10 sessions for its removal. I held my breath and was ready for the time this would take. Its not an easy process as i...ts quite painful, but for me the name that i had put on at 18 was worth it for the pain each session was. The name i had was painful by itself. I asked each session why it wasnt fading at a more rapid pace than i was seeing, and it was always greeted by the same response that each one is differnet. About 3 sessions in maybe two they started to use the color lazer on the color parts and they were going away faster. So at one of my next sessions i asked dr kulkin could we use the color on all of it to see if it would help. He told me no and that it wouldnt. Having said that the last 5 sessions at least they statred to use color all over and thats when i saw more of a change than the rest. I didnt wanna review till this was all over. They got more agressive and kept turing up the laser to its highest point everytime it got calibrated along the way the last few sessions trying to get it gone. Unfortunately i can say now that although i had 17 sessions. 7 more past what i was told it still isnt gone. Its faded alot dont get me wrong but im still forced at this point to keep paying 150 per session or a cover up. I didnt want a cover up. It was why i spent 1500.00 dollars for it to go away. I needed that name gone being a survivor of domestic violence. I got 7 sessions for free as i went over there scale number which was the intial deal that if it took longer than the scale u got a year free even tho the original lady assured me it shouldnt take more than 10. Although as soon as i hit session 11 they tried to make me still pay and was adamant that i haf to keep paying but after i told them what i was promised in the beginning it took a manager to fulfill that and refusal on my part to pay more. Im pleased its faded, im not pleased that after 2 1/2 years, alot of pain and money i still have to get a cover up. I feel like that they didnt get aggressive enough the first 10 and only did after it was free. The people are friendly and dr kulkin is visible in the practice i just dont feel like my tattoo was taken to heart as much as i needed. It seemed more about the money. I was excited 10 sessions would be the end of that name, that it was the last i needed to rid my life of it. Im just disappointed that after 17 its still there. And i feel a cover up will only make me remember it when i just wanted it gone. This place is so wonderful. The staff is so professional! I went in today for a free consultation for laser tattoo removal. I was surprised that I was able to get my procedure done the same day! They also work really well for dark skin complexion which is why I chose them. The treatment for me was somewhat painful because I did not use numbing cream (seem to have a low tolerance for pain), however Christina was so patient with me; allowing me to take mini breaks to regroup myself.
