My sister and I went in for our very first tattoos. We read online that timeless had received very good reviews from several other reviewers and decided to give it a shot. Upon arriving, the shop was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful in helping us narrow down the size and exact location of our tattoos. We had Lil'D as our artist and he was very nice and very encouraging after we had finished. I've had three pieces done by Keet. One every decade (I'm not posting pics). He is a fine line expert who is brilliant on dark skin. The studio is clean and cozy. Been tattooed 6 times here in the last year; my husband has been twice. Morgan did 3 for me, one for him. The rest were done by Brian. I love Morgan (he's tattooed friends of mine as well after I recommended him), he's fast and his work is excellent. Brian was the only one available when I went back to get a larger piece done and he was amazing!!! I've gone back to him for the rest of mine & my husband's last one. He's great at understanding what I want even when I can't quite voice it. Both guys are great at making you feel relaxed during the process and keep me laughing the whole time. I would recommend either of them to anyone. The shop is clean. They do require a cash deposit to make an appointment so bring it with you. I LOVE this place, more specifically I adore Morgan. I have known Morgan for quite awhile and his work never ceases to amaze me. I will never go to another artist to have work done. Morgan takes all of the ideas I throw at him and combines them all to come up with the perfect design for me. He gives great advice on what will work in a tattoo and he will be completely honest with you if he thinks your design needs tweaking in order to translate into an attractive tattoo. If I could rate Timeless tattoo higher I DEFINITELY WOULD! The staff is super awesome and professional. To start, the front receptionist Nikki was super awesome and a huge bundle of joy. I only waited about 5 mins for my small tattoo to be drawn up and then before you know it I was getting tattooed. Morgan tattooed me and really brought my vision to light. He's definitely the best at what he does. The tattoo shop was so clean and comfortable. I am moving to NYC and this was my first tattoo, but I will definitely go back ONLY to TIMELESS TATTOO for my future tattoos. (Even if I have to pay for a $200 flight it's so worth it.) My very first tattoo was by Lew! And then I went other places, Morgan Is now my favorite artist to go to. He is great at what he does and has a really great personality. He is light handed when it comes to needle work, he doesn't like doing typical pinterest tattoos, which is awesome, he likes to create and inspire. Two of my sisters and I decided to all get tattooed together. They both already had tattoos but this would be my first. I suggested we go to Timeless after reading all the good reviews and looking at the amazing artists' portfolios. We went in as walk-ins on a Saturday. The environment was clean and the staff were friendly. At the counter we first spoke with Anthony who was very nice and helpful. It was determined my sisters' tattoos would have to wait for appointments (which we anticipated) but mine could be done that day. My sisters were able to make appointments for the very next day. Both Rob and Jenny took a look at my design and helped modify it into something that would look good as a tattoo. They gave me my choice of artist, but from the portfolios I felt that either of them could do it well. I ended up being tattooed by Jenny. Each artist has his or her own room that is something like 8'x8'. My sisters were allowed to come in and watch and even take a few pictures. Jenny was very sweet and understanding about my first tattoo. I was amazed at how quick she was - it took her under an hour to do a bird about 7" across with lots of shaded and colored feathers. She did a really beautiful job translating the colors and shading on my design while keeping the silhouette, proportions, and level of detail I wanted. Though I trusted her, I was a little iffy looking at it when it was done, because the redness of my skin made it difficult to see the light purple she had used. I think she sensed my apprehension because she said if I needed it touched up or more color added, she would do that for free. Of course once my skin was back to normal, I could see her color choice worked great.We went back the next day for both my sisters to be tattooed by Lew Hands. He was also very nice and friendly. He took the sketches and ideas my sisters had and was able to translate them to just the tattoos they wanted. They had both gotten tattoos before without forming loyalties, but this time they said if they get tattooed again they want it done by Lew.I had read in reviews that Timeless was pricey, and while I was definitely willing to pay for quality work, I wasn't sure what to expect. I felt the prices they gave us were actually very reasonable. For example my detailed multicolored bird about 7"x4" was $200.We are all very pleased with our tattoos and our experience...and we got lollipops at the end! Read Less

I was referred to Jenny by a friend for my first tattoo. I was very nervous but Jenny gave me a lot of information upfront so I knew exactly what to expect when I came in. Although the front desk staff was slightly 'dry', Jenny was very warm and friendly. From what I've learned from others with tattoos, the price was excellent. OK, so I have one tattoo on my back that I never see, it was my first and I got it in Hawaii. I've been wanting to get a new tattoo and knew that I wanted to incorporate a KOI fish into it because of its symbolism. I had a couple of pictures and meet with Ryan to talk about the tattoo, where I wanted it (left upper arm) and size. He was great! Took the pictures from me and began to draw I set an appointment for the next week. I showed up at my appointment and was blown away at the design. He did a few more tweaks and we sat down and he got to work. Ryan made me comfortable and he worked fast, it was incredible. I've been told that most would have had this done in 2 sessions, but I asked to get it done in one (instant gratification) well the finished product is better than I could have hoped for, the price was right, the service was excellent and the talented man behind the tattoo gun was FANTASTIC. I've had this poorly done, faded tattoo on my lower back for 6 yrs. I wanted to get it redone for my birthday. A friend of mine took me around to some different shops. She recommended her friend Ryan at Timeless. He wasn't there the day we went by, but later Ryan and I communicated via e-mail. I sent him a picture of my old tattoo and also told him about one I drew myself that I wanted on my wrist. He said everything I wanted seemed doable so we made a date for me to come in.The staff was very nice and the shop had a very pleasant feel. Ryan was very helpful in helping me choose what I needed as far as size and color. While doing the tattoo he always made sure that I was doing alright.
