Let me just start by saying this is in part my fault for not catching it but I also blame the tattoo artist for not listening to what I was saying and not paying attention to what I showed him. I got two other tattoos here that turned out great and returned to get a third. I got the Roman numeral for 13.1(XIII.I) done about a year ago and after running my first marathon, I decided to get the same thing done for 26.2. I showed Matty exactly how I wanted it(XXVI.II) and as he was typing it he read it back to me as XXIV which I quickly corrected and read out to him how I wanted it, XXVI.II. I also wrote it out on the form before I got the tattoo done. Unfortunately I did not realize that he had done XXVI.XX until it was too late. To make himself feel better, he kept saying "it's mathematically correct this way." While mathematically correct, not at all what I asked him to do. Another excellent experience in this shop... Eric drew a detailed depiction of a Bear and sized to perfectly fit the space on my inner forearm... Just a great shop; Eric, Felipe, and Matty are all personable and approachable and superior artists.... Will definitely be setting up another appointment to add more artwork to my skin.... My girlfriend and I stopped in here while we were visiting Atlanta to get a very simple small text tattoo done. We dropped in without an appointment on the weekend and she had the tattoo done within an hour. [Both my girlfriend and I have many hours of tattoo sessions under our belts.] The tattoo itself was done very clean - nothing to complain about at all. It was exactly what she wanted and the artist executed it perfectly. The shop was very spacious and well kept. The portfolios were out and there was plenty of nice wall art to keep you busy while waiting. The shop is also in a very upbeat part of town - so we enjoyed visiting the record shops, street vendors, and restaurants nearby. The staff was also very kind, courteous, and professional. The guy up front helped us connect with the artist immediately, the artist sketched up the outline, my girlfriend completed the paperwork fast, and we were off to business! We were also given tattoo care guidelines, shop stickers, and shop cards upon leaving.I'll also note that while we were there, a number of obnoxious (possibly tipsy?) people came in looking to get some sort of tattoo - they couldn't decide what they wanted and spent a lot of time bringing up Google photos on their phones to try to get pricing (despite not knowing what exactly they wanted, how big they wanted it, or in what colors.) Despite this, the guy up front was very patient with and helpful to them - and ultimately suggested they do some more research before settling in on an idea. This was really impressive on the shop's part.The pricing was also very nice. Even though my girlfriend was getting a small simple tattoo, most shops have around $100 minimum. Luckily, we got the tattoo done for much less than this (and were able to pay+tip via card.)  The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because my girlfriend only got a small text tattoo done. As such, I really don't have a solid idea of the overall quality of the shop's artists' bigger tattoo work (though the portfolios looked solid.) With that said, if we're ever in ATL again looking to get ink, we'll definitely return. Read Less

They are great. Got a tattoo yesterday with Andrew on my shoulder.  He did a great job and put a little flare on it to make it stand out. This was my 4th tattoo and this one was the least painful one I've ever gotten. I'm very pleased. Read Less

I love this tattoo parlor! The guys who run this place are top notch. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. I didn't plan on getting a tattoo when I was there but I couldn't resist. Jason gave me a wonderful tattoo and I couldn't be happier with it. I was on a mini vacation in Atlanta from South Florida so I definably want to come back and maybe get another tattoo! Read Less

Please disregard most of these reviews. They are talking about an incident with an employee who ran the counter was immediately fired afterwards, apologies were issued, donations were made, what more do you want? The management took care of the issue with the counter guy very well. The artists are amazing. Highly recommend this shop. Read Less
