Disclaimer: Did not actually get tattoo because of customer service beforehand.TL:DR- stood up for a consult appointment/horrible customer service from owner.I found Loki as a tattoo artist after doing research on water color tattoo artists available in the Atlanta area. I really liked the vibrant colors he did so I made a tattoo appointment with him on April 17th. The only directions I was given for the appointment was to eat something beforehand. Since this was going to be a fairly large and intricate tattoo I had some questions about the size, design, and color; so I reached out to have a separate consultation beforehand. Loki seemed somewhat reluctant to meet with me beforehand, which I found a bit odd. After communicating via text message he said he would meet with me the week of March 25-29 on any day that he was working. Originally we discussed having me come in on Friday the 29th around 6PM, but afterwards I realized I had a conflict with that date/time so I asked if Wednesday the 27th would work for him, same time. Loki confirmed that date and that I could come in anytime for a consult between 12-7PM.On Wednesday the 27th I drove 45 minutes through heavy traffic (hello rush hour in Atlanta) to make it to the shop by 5:45PM, well within his 12-7PM time frame. Upon arriving I was told by the receptionist that he had already left for the day. The receptionist was very nice and offered to call him, which she did, and finally got a hold of him on the phone. She relayed to me that he could come back but it would take 20 minutes, pending traffic. At this point, I told her no thanks, and that I appreciated her help.I sent Loki an email the next day, Thursday the 28th, mentioning there might have been a miscommunication about our meeting time for the consultation (I was trying to be nice). I also asked, that at this point in time I would like to cancel my tattoo appointment for April 17th because for me personally, I want a tattoo artist who I trust is reliable. As of today, I have yet to hear back from Loki about even a confirmation that my appointment has been canceled. I am very disappointed in my experience with him and will not be giving him my business. So while I can't speak to his work as an artist, I can say that the customer service was terrible to the point of my continuing my search to find an artist. Read Less
