Super cool people. It feels like that’s a rarity in a regular tattoo parlor. But they go the extra mile to remember who you are and really want you to keep coming back. Really great art as well. Have gotten a few from them and it’s really crazy how good they are. I’ve been to quite a few shops in Atlanta and this is the only shop I’ve come to get more then one piece by the resident artist. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Clipper Ship. Hans was my artist. I've an the idea for a tattoo for awhile but no time or mula to get it. Yesterday I was walking around the EAV when I passed CST. I was curious and walked in. From the beginning it was a comfortable and relaxed experience. The staff was crazy friendly. Had a wonderful experience today at Clipper Ship. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and Kujo took care of us immediately. Immaculately tidy shop with awesome flash lining every square inch, and a screened divide between waiting area and tattooing area, so you can still see what's going on in back. The best part was how calm and quuuuuiet the shop was. The Cramps playing in the background but not at an overwhelming level like so many other shops. Formally East Atlanta Tattoo - I came here after finding Amy Ross on Instagram. Her work displayed lots of elements of what I was trying to get done. I showed her what I wanted and she was not intimidated at all - took my $50 deposit and we made an appointment for the following week. I saw the design the night before and it was exactly what I was going for. Amy did a great job with wonderful detail, color and shading.
