Chico Lou's is the only place to go if you are new to tattoos. Actually I would recommend Chico Lou's to anyone. Clean. Professional. I have seen doctors' office that do not go to the lengths to be clean and safe. Sara's work is excellent. She works with her clients to develop the concept for each tattoo, listening to their ideas but also speaking frankly about what will work.
