I am sorry to give such a low rating because they did fantastic work with my wife's tattoo, but lack in customer service. My wife spoke to about getting two small tattoos and they said that you have to pay up front,not too big of a problem, but after my wife got the first tattoo she decided that she was satisfied with just one and notified them that she did not want the second they then said okay but there will be no refund for the second tattoo , which I would understand if the tattoo was already done but considering they have not even started I don't quite understand why they can't refund the fee for the second tattoo which has not been rendered. They did not have anything posted at the desk nor did they mention anything of this to my wife before she paid just boom here's a surprise we charge for things even when we don't offer the service to you. So I guess my review to others to be cautious with places like this is to ask questions, be one hundred percent positive in what you want to do because there are such thing as crooks in business and they are one of them. Now in my opinion all this could have been resolved and I would have left a much more positive review if they could have just worked out the situation with us but since they refuse there must be consequences. I seen a few bad reviews but I thought that maybe each situation was different but the reviews are try these people are extremely rude!! I was greeted kindly but short after I showed my tattoo I wanted covered up I was made fun of and laughed at by the people that worked at the shop and I came in with a picture I had drawn up for me & they threw my picture away because THEY thought it was "UGLY" after they refused to do my cover up the girl at the counter refused to get my picture out of the garbage can ... after I argued with her for a little bit she gave it back .... I'm a dancer and my body is honestly a work of art so I am honestly happy that they did not have a chance to use me as advertisement because I would NEVER recommend someone to this place AT ALL..please read all the reviews this place is honestly not even worth it.. no matter how good there work is you should always treat people with kindness ... you never know who they are :) Read Less

Customer service sucked from the big Mexican looking dude!!!!!! Me and my friend went into the shop today to inquire about pricing on matching tats that we wanted and his response to our questions were very rude. He definitely lost 2 customers easily. They are awesome! I have 2 big pieces from Jose and would never go anywhere else for my tattoos. I get so many compliments on them when I'm in public. The atmosphere there is upbeat and friendly! Both tyler and jose are excellent artists with amazing work tyler has done mine so far but i fully intend on getting tats from jose as well and caity has helped me gauge my ears and peirced my girl a couple times im not one to get alot of peircings but if i do im going to her this is in my opinion the best shop in town as far as talent, shop setting and mood, and prices this is where you wanna go for a real tattoo Read Less

I am pretty sore and loving it! Tyler has finished my traditional shoulder tattoo consisting of TONS of super bright colors and beautiful flowers. My husband has also had work done by Luis. Every employee is so friendly and puts you at ease. The shop is also very sterile and obviously practices extreme sanitary measures. We will be coming back again in a few weeks to get another! I had my first tattoo done there back in 2011.. Horrible job. The artist was fired. I do not blame the shop or the owners. The owners are great people.
