I ordered numb quick gel and the product was not as I used before and I ask for a replacement and one was given. The replacement was just as the original bottle and I return them both. The owner called me and begin to try and make me feel as though I didn’t know what I was talking about or that it wasn’t the product but me. When I told her the consistency and the results were not the same she told me it must be a knock off. I said it’s the same as I used in school and I had great results with it. She then ask where did I order it from. At this point I’m blown away and cannot think. For her to act like she did was very unprofessional and I can’t believe she treats her clients the way she treated me. I ordered my first numb quick gel from The Beau Institute. It was just like I used when in school so from now own that is where I will order anything from. She tried to tell me how to use it and use other creams like I needed her to teach me something. All I needed was a refund and to let her know that batch was defected in some way. I will never buy anything from her again. Read Less
