WORST TATTOO SHOP IN WPB.This was my first tattoo ever in my life and while it won't be my last, it will be the last tattoo I ever get from Ink Link. When I walked in I met with a bigger guy (Josh, John, something like that) This guy was not memorable because he was very rude. When I showed him the picture of what I wanted he badgered me over asking what the price would be by stating "He doesn't bid on tattoos" I wish I would have left right then and there but I decided to give this guy the benefit of the doubt and assume he wasn't a total douchebag. I was wrong. After explaining that I simply had a budget and wanted to know wether he could do the tattoo or not, we agreed on a price. After the guy drew up a sketch, unknowingly to me he pawned me off onto an apprentice because and I quote "I made my money for today I'm going home". Talk about half assing a job. Again, I regret not leaving right then and there. So I meet the girl who is actually doing the tattoo, she looks young so I immediately look up her work on IG. Her name is Ash and she had some pretty nice tattoos in her portfolio on IG. We do the tattoo. Now, Ash was very polite, but she by no means has the level of skill required to do the tattoo. Part of a straight line isn't straight, the shading is horrible, and the palms on the palm trees look like fucking poinsettias. By the next day I start to realize the mistake I've made. So I call up the shop and talk to the owner, Jean. This guy, was also NOT professional. He starts berating me with questions and tries to make me feel like it's my fault the tattoo sucks. He said something along the line of "well didn't you have the tattoo drawn beforehand"? Yeah I did Jean and the apprentice still couldn't make the tattoo look anything like the drawing. As someone with no tattoos beforehand I am shocked and appalled that the artists and even the OWNER don't give a fuck to take the time to explain that the artist was an apprentice. Maybe I was a little naive and a little too trustworthy and for that I take full responsibility. By the end of my call with Jean he said that I could come back to get it touched up free of charge. A thought that originally sounded pretty fair, considering there was a bright spot at Ink Link I haven't mentioned. A jolly guy named Shea, he's been tattooing for over 30 years and was the only guy I met with any personality. But after some thinking, I've decided to eat the $225 I WASTED on a shit tattoo, and never go to Ink Link again. Read Less
