I've been here only once before to watch a friend get tattooed in honor of my late husband. The tattoo was amazing, for a great price too! The staff were all playful but professional and made us feel very comfortable. We both have a few tattoos,so we've done this a time or two. Another friend and I stopped by here on a whim and decided we were going to get tattoos today. Everything went smoothly, and I met a few people I didn't meet last time,but everyone was really cool, they did our tattoos beautifully and told us exactly how to keep everything looking beautiful. Had an appointment with Erin at the shop yesterday and had such a lovely experience! When you first walk in, the studio is clean and has such a good vibe. Everyone is very welcoming and relaxed so you don't feel uncomfortable!  Erin was such a professional and very easy to talk to and work with. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am shipping off to basic training for the Army in a short couple months and both I and my sister wanted to get a matching tattoo, something that was super meaningful. This was going to be my fifth tattoo and her first. We stopped at a couple other shops before we came upon Colorfast. As soon as we walked in the door, Adam, who was working on a client, stopped what he was doing and immediately walked up to us and greeted us. He was very friendly, super funny and very attentive to what we wanted in a tattoo. He even showed us work that he had done on his client which was there. We came back 2 days later for our consultation and fell in love with the design. He fit us both on the schedule that day and we absolutely LOVE our tattoos! Erin Odea was incredible. Just walking into this studio gives you such a warm and friendly feeling. The decor is rugged, yet inviting.  The Trap tats, I got from Erin were perfectly done exactly as I asked. She is a cutie, with a great attitude. When she moved over to my left side, I had to ask "are you done already?" It was so incredibly painless, and professionally done, I didn't even feel it! I have never said that before!!!!!!. I frequent the cigar shop next door to Colorfast and have been watching the top quality work get pumped out for a few months. I finally walked in one day and spoke to the owner while he was finishing a half sleeve, and was dead set on getting tattooed here. About a month later, I came in and talked to Nick Richard, one of the artist, about finishing my sleeve. Not only did he help me come up with a perfect design, but he threw down a SICK Jimi Hendrix portrait on my wrist. It was so awesome, and I was so pleased with the work, that I went back the next day and got 2 more pieces! I love my ink, I love the shop, and I can't wait to go back next month for more!!! By far one of the best tattoo experiences I've ever had. I'm on vacation visiting relatives in Florida and thought I would book myself some tattoo appointments to enjoy the talent of some local artists. This was the trip out of my tattoo visits and it couldn't have gone better. The two employees that helped me out were Sabrina and Erin. Both were warm, welcoming and more than accommodating. My stay at the shop was more than a tattoo appointment it was a welcoming acceptance to Florida. Knowing that I was on vacation I believe Erin (my tattoo artist) went out of her way to really show me how great their shop was. First of all, her talent is phenomenal. She is incredibly talented and really speaks for herself. She did a great coffin piece on me with a sick skeleton grabbing it. It's by far the most metal tattoo I have. She proved to be wonderful conversation and my session itself flew by because of that. I can speak enough on how great my time was here and how much I recommend anyone in the area to set up an appointment here. Erin is awesome! I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and used her artistic skills to bring my dream to life. I love my new tattoo!! She was also great at communicating with me while she did the work, making sure I was comfortable in my position on the table. I really enjoyed chatting and geeking out with her while she worked. She suggested a different method for healing (using tegaderm) and gave us a video to watch that walked us through the steps. We were a bit skeptical at first, but my tattoo healed beautifully.
