We were looking for tattoo shops and came across this place based on its good reviews. We called to check their availability for the day and they allowed both of us to do a walk in appointment considering our tattoos weren’t complicated nor too big. The shop was very clean, everything was prepared with gloves and sanitation. They sketched out our tattoos, made sure we liked the size and position, and proceeded to create wonderful works of art that were at a very reasonable price. My mother got her first tattoo with geno. He is extremely unprofessional and ruined what could have been a really great experience for us. she went in for her follow up appointment that she scheduled with him the week before. He proceeded to blow her off by taking a walk-in just before she got there and told her she could come back next Friday. And that he's sorry he "forgot". It's unfortunate this had to happen and maybe geno should take the chip off his shoulder and grow up. This is your career, you should take a little more pride and respect when it comes to your actions. Someone came to you to help make a memory and you choose to carry yourself in the most immature way and ruin a moment for someone based on what ever insignificant reasons you had. Read Less
