On Sunday I visited Dream House Ink to get color done on a thigh tattoo I started with Julian last year. The staff at Dream House are so kind! It was my first time visiting this particular studio, and I was welcomed by everyone in a very friendly way. During my session different people checked in on me and asked me if I needed water, which I found incredibly thoughtful. The studio itself is immaculately clean and well kept. And Julian is incredible! His work is phenomenal, and I personally very much appreciated the way he talks through techniques he employs and explains things he will do before he does them. I recently went in to get my left nipple pierced with a friend. I did not have an appointment but called ahead to see if I needed one. There was almost no wait time to get the piercing other than learning about the procedure. Jamie did my piercing and was really calming, making for a smoother experience. The piercing was pretty painful, but apparently my nipple required a bit more oomph than usual. Everyone was friendly, and the aftercare instructions were detailed enough to put a first time piercer at ease. I will be returning for a check up and jewelry replacement in the future! :) Read Less

After reading the positive Google reviews we decided on this shop. My niece and I went in on Thursday (1/4/18). I had previously submitted an inquiry via the website and after no response we called to find out if an appointment was needed for a nose piercing and consultation for a tattoo. We were told nope just come on in. There was one lady working when we arrived. We asked about the piercing and the addition to or cover up of my current tattoo. Every question she answered with I need to call the owner. In hindsight this should have been a red flag but she was a nice personable person. Deciding to move forward with the nose piercing she went and set up. Everything was seeming to go well. The needle went through without really any pain. Then she tried to put in the ring and spun it and spun it. That hurt and I was now bleeding. She stopped and said I can't seem to get it in and I won't charge you! Seriously.....she raved about her services prior to this. And of course you won't charge me you haven't provided the service I wad here for. She said if I came back in 2 weeks she would do for free. Why would I want to come back after this?!? I left very disappointed. I would have thought after my experience I would be contacted by the owner or someone to make sure all was ok or to apologize for the situation but I've not received any correspondence. Needless to say I won't be returning and am disappointed in the representation of the shop that evening. 10 years of talking about it, my dearest friend comes down from Indpls to visit, & once we walk into Dream House Ink, we know serendipity took over & it's time to get that tatt we've discussed so many times before! Exactly the cleanliness, professionalism, creativity & "cool factor" I look for when deciding on ink.  I heard about Dream House on the news & in the newspaper, & as a local in need of a re-do on an older piece, I was curious anyways. Before going on vacation, I did research on where to get a tattoo down in Tarpon Springs and Dream House seemed to be the best option. I went to Dream House on 8.17.17 and the shop is super clean, staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and my artist Jabal is absolutely amazing! Owner is a Liar and is misrepresenting his business!! During the end of May I was in Tarpon Springs for a little vacation as well as some business. I stopped by Dream House Ink while there inquiring on another tattoo.. I had spoken to an artist while I was in there, he was very professional and was willing to take the time to show me his work and to make me feel comfortable with getting new ink.. I told him I would back in town in a month to make an appt with him.. I recently just called and requested him, however the owner - Angelo-answered and said there was no one there by this name and tried to place me with another artist, I looked on dream house website and there was the artist i requested.. so I called back, and said to the owner, I just saw the artist on your website after he lied to me and tried to act as if he had amnesia for a min.. Bottom line. OWNER lied! Well me and my wife stopped into this shop to get another tattoo. And at first seemed pretty cool. And we got a family tattoo for sister. Mine looks like the guy cut the pattern out of my arm as well as my wife's color didn't hold and looks the same as mine not Happy at all and when trying to call no answer and asks for an Access code. Went to get my 13 year old daughter's ears pierced. I called ahead to see if we needed anything. There was no mention of having an ID for her. When we got there, we had to drive back home to get her birth certificate. I don't have a problem with that rule, but it would have been nice to know before we left the house. The guy who pierced her ears did a really good job, but his after care instructions sucked. The instructions weren't very clear. Then, a few days later, my daughter broke out in a horrible rash, she was allergic to nickel and they used crappy studs. I guess I should have asked about the metal in the studs, so I'm taking part responsibility, which makes 2 stars instead of 1. This is a mediocre place at best. Read Less

Worse experience ever, no running water, saw girls drinking in the shop while being tattooed, shop was very dirty, seen a tattoo needle on the floor,took about 10 minutes before anyone came to help me. the only person who came to help was the piercer who was very nice and answered all my questions. went back 2 weeks later to get a piercing and found out he was no longer there. will never go back again !!! I had an UGLY tattoo that I wanted covered up and boy did Christian do the job!!!! Love it! Everyone was very friendly, professional and were sincerely interested in making me proud of my tattoo. I have gotten my anklet tatoo that I have wanted since I was 13 45 now. My daughter got a momorial to her horses that she has lost. Christain is a great artist and person. I went to get a tattoo with my nephew and his girlfriend and Angelo made us feel very comfortable. It was my first tattoo and he took his time and explained everything that was going to go on. We gave them the ideas we wanted and they drew up our art and it was amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone. Clean and very good vibe place. Makes you feel at home. Went to Dream House to get a matching tattoo with my daughter. The studio is very clean and the staff is exceptional. Angelo was there and he provided us with great advice and made us feel comfortable. Christian drew up our custom artwork based upon our descriptions of what we wanted. Really rad shop, the layout is a little different than their Westchase shop but it is just as stunning. The whole modern style really caught my eye, especially with their portfolios being on iPad's. The work is so clear and is right their in front of you to flip through. This is a custom shop so they literally draw what you want right in front of you with their creative spins to capture your idea perfectly. Julian is the man when it comes to custom drawings, I've had multiple pieces drawn & tattooed by him at both shops and they come out even better than the halfway processed ideas I bring to him.
