I went to get a tattoo with 3 other friends and we were all getting tattoos done. I got stuck with a hispanic guy and lets say he wasnt very friendly. I told him i wanted a palm tree on my inner arm and to fix my lotus flower(i already had) on my wrist. He told me it was going to be 220$ bc hes going to cover up my lotus flower and make it better, i agreed to the price (not really caring about the money). I started off with my palm tree which looks good the palm tree its self, he looked like he was in a rush so he just splashed some color on it, the color does not look good. So to my lotus flower(i already had) he simply colors it in. Spends 20 mins on it. He still charged me 120$ for it even though he had told me he was going to cover it up and make it better. He just simply colored it in. I was trying to be nice and didnt say anything but on monday i called to let the manager know i was unhappy, i did not want my money back i just wanted to make him aware that i was not going back. He told me i was ridiculous but that i could come in the shop and discuss it with him. He did not take my comments as he should of, it was simply letting him know about the situation. Maybe i messed up and waited too late to say something but i wanted him to know. He charged me wayy too much just too color in a tattoo i already had, and he rushed my palm tree colors. This shop is clean and has affordable prices and good work. They were able to accommodate 5 of us on short notice, and on New Year's Eve no less. Our artist, Baker, was knowledgeable and friendly and had great music taste. I would definitely recommend this place. Read Less

My boyfriend and I went in for tattoos on 9/17/17 and 9/18/17. I was getting my first tattoo done and he was getting one fixed that he got about 6 years ago at University Square Mall. The girl that did our tattooing was good. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Now, I do have to mention that even though the tattooing was awesome I didn't care that much for the cursing and talking about customers behind their backs. I didn't really take offense to it because both the piercer and tattoo artist were just venting. I'm very satisfied with my tattoo. She had forgotten to do part of my purple shading and accidentally did it in black but I came back the next day and she fixed it. I'm so pleased with my boyfriend's tattoo as it now looks more professional. Read Less

Mike did my tattoo & did an absolute fantastic job.....its a one of a kind & no one else has it....its a flaming butterfly with a Harley Davidson symbol in the middle....
