Overall this was a totally great experience. From the initial consultation to the scheduling to the finished product, I can't say enough good things. Super clean facility. Reasonable prices (actually great prices when you consider the quality of the work.). I had Robert work with me and he was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I have been to quite a few shops and I highly recommend this place.

Went in as walk-ins today. Thomas took care of me. Robert took care of my wife. We both got exactly what we wanted from these guys. Both meticulous, solid lines, and clean. Can’t ask for more from a shop. Joe at the front desk was more than accommodating as well. This is the only shop I trust in Tallhassee.
Thanks for taking care of us guys.

Good artist however, every artist I encountered there was rude! Zero hospitality. Very unprofessional. They were unable to be reached after paying my deposit. They were not accommodating as far as scheduling went. Sent pic references via email and never received a resposnse. They apparently do not have interest in return clients. Made me feel as though they didn't care about the satisfaction of the canvas. Just wanted to get their money. When seeking permanent body art it would in best interest to avoid monument tattoo parlor.

The Monument staff has been great. Everyone is nice, professional, and encouraging with the stuff you're putting on your body forever. I think there is always some level of insecurity with a tattoo--it's a hell of a commitment. The guys at Monument worked with me to figure out my half sleeve and executed on it perfectly. I get a ton of compliments on my tattoo, and I've already booked appointments for the rest of the arm.
If you're going to alter your body permanently make sure it's done right. Go to Monument!

Just went for some idea advice and the artists (Chris and Robert) really took the time to look at the design ideas and think with us on them.
Update 04/26. We went for our appointments and really, we're more than blown away. Chris did a stellar job on my tattoo and Robert did an amazing tattoo on Katie's arm. Definitely having them do the rest of our project. 200% recommended !!

This tattoo parlor is extremely clean and organized. The staff was friendly and very constructive when designing and placing my most recent piece. The staff was honest in their critiques and happy to work with me to rearrange and tweak my design. There are also many talented artists with an array of specialties for specific styled pieces. I am looking forward to returning for my next tattoo.

I have been to other studios in town and Monument stands out for their cleanliness, professionalism, and most importantly their artists! I am in the middle of a 15+ hour piece and will add pictures as everything comes together.Their new address is in Midtown at 1233 N MONROE ST.

Overall this was a totally great experience. From the initial consultation to the scheduling to the finished product, I can't say enough good things. Super clean facility. Reasonable prices (actually great prices when you consider the quality of the work.). I had Robert work with me and he was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. I have been to quite a few shops and I highly recommend this place.

Went in as walk-ins today. Thomas took care of me. Robert took care of my wife. We both got exactly what we wanted from these guys. Both meticulous, solid lines, and clean. Good artist however, every artist I encountered there was rude! Zero hospitality. Very unprofessional. They were unable to be reached after paying my deposit. They were not accommodating as far as scheduling went. Sent pic references via email and never received a resposnse. They apparently do not have interest in return clients. The Monument staff has been great. Everyone is nice, professional, and encouraging with the stuff you're putting on your body forever. I think there is always some level of insecurity with a tattoo--it's a hell of a commitment. The guys at Monument worked with me to figure out my half sleeve and executed on it perfectly.
