Great place. Super clean, staff is super friendly and Garry is awesome. I went in intending to get a triple helix piercing and Garry explained that it would be best to do one at a time rather then all 3 at once so that each piercing has sufficient time to heal. Completely butchered my sisters belly button. As a fellow piercer, I could tell as soon as he pierced it that it was too deep, which later caused infection that he tried to say was caused by an allergic reaction to the metal...he changed the metal from surgical stainless to titanium and her belly button become worse than it was with infection not just to the piercing, but the entire surrounding area of her navel. It looked like she had a flesh eating disease from the bacteria build up. I will never be returning to that shop, and neither will anyone I know. Close is completely arrogant and unprofessional. Close Thomas is probably one of the best tattoo artists in Florida. He is extremely talented (his artwork is AMAZING) and he makes the whole tattoo experience friendly and relaxing. He has done every one of my tattoos (I have 14) and even though I moved to North Carolina I still travel back to Florida to have Close do my work. He's hysterically funny, so you feel relaxed and not so nervous about being tattooed.
