Had a tattoo done on 12/30 that my little sister drew, Codie was my artist and she was AMAZING! She drew me two variations of my sisters drawing and was very patient, fun, and so creative. I will definitely be coming back and going wherever she goes. She was very kind to my little sister and we had a blast together. My best friend and I went in as walk-ins. Orlando did my own tattoo, a very technical piece, and Codie did my mate's, which was entirely original and her interpretation of his idea was phenomenal. Both artists were exceptional in their professionalism as well as their quality; we felt absolutely no discomfort during the process, and they had both of us finished up within 2 hours. I have had work done here previously about a year ago, and I can say that the shop itself has done nothing but improve in terms of the condition and atmosphere. Came in late on Saturday night with my sister to get pierced. Was brought back quickly, experienced some of the best customer service I've ever had in a tattoo/piercing shop and was made to feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend and would certainly come back for more piercings anytime without ever considering another studio (thanks for all the advice regarding my apprenticeship in Ohio BTW!). Z-Edge has pierced my nipples, my nose, my mothers nose, and I've also gotten a tattoo there as well. The staff is great and very helpful, even when I would either just call or stop by to inquire about things that I've wanted to do. A lot of different places aren't too friendly and just want to hear what you WANT instead of suggesting or helping you. My friends and I went there for the 10 dollar piercing. We got there around 7:30 8 ish and it was absolutely ridiculous on how long some people waited. We were told that by 11 we could get a rain check for sometime this week. We were there till around 12 am. it was so unorganized and the woman doing the paper work was extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman kept telling everyone they need to get back , but who can help it?they had been waiting so long, and they never even got seen. Which was truly unfair. Also they did not call the numbers in order and had us form our own line which was very complicated considering that most people left because of the of the situation. Maybe if they did more than 10 piercings / tattoos an hour, the event wouldn't have sucked so much. Read Less

Worst customer service ever!! I called the day before to make an appointment for the following day. I went in the following day to be told the girl I spoke with did not let the tattooer know I had an appointment. So I could not get the tattoo. I wanted a nickel sized tattoo that would have taken less then 20 minutes. I have many tattoos and this was the easiest tattoo ever!!  The guy I talked to was not helpful and wasn't willing to try and do it. Knowing I have many tattoos, he also tried to talk me out of my tattoo!! He may have been trying to give me advise. But I think I know what I am putting on my body. Over all I would never go back. I went here for my first tattoo. I had it done by Dollie D. I have since had a second one done done by her. She does really nice work. Very professional. Fun to work with! I am already planning on more work to be done. Everyone there is really nice and truly knows what they are doing. I would definitely recommend going here for tattoos or any piercings you might want.
