I've had JD do multiple tattoos for me and this is the best shop I've been at with him. The staff is all very friendly and talkative so there's never a lull in conversation, along with a large group of very talented artists that can work with anyone who wants something new done well. JD has done several different styles with me from a realistic flag torn into skin to a set of cards with Harley Quinn on them. I had a flowral piece done by Meghan and it was a spur of the moment tattoo that ended up being such a blessing. It turned out better than I thought it would. I truly love my tattoo. All of my previous tattoo experiences were absolutely awful so I was hesitant at first, but she took the time to make me feel comfortable. She drew an amazing lotus flower on the spot for me and it's crazy because it looks so intricate and well-thought-out, you wouldn't think it was done so quickly. I found this shop online and was very impressed by the level of skill from ALL of the artists! Meghan’s work specifically stuck out to me and I just loved her style! I called on a whim to see if I could come in for a little scripture piece and they told me I could stop in, lucky for me Meghan had a mix up in her schedule and it was her who ended up taking me! I was so happy to get to meet her, she was sweet, friendly, and professional and really took her time making sure my placement was perfect before we began. I have found that some of the other higher skilled shops around the area have an egotistical vibe to them and as a customer there is nothing more unappealing. J.R. is the man! I stoped in with a picture of a pretty simple symbol to give him an idea. He asked a couple of questions to see what style I wanted to go with. With only a few words exchanged and a picture on my phone, he took it and ran. It couldn't have come out better! We spent the better part of 2 hours talking about the things that make life great while he turn something simple into an expression of his art on my arm. The dude is an artist. I went to Foolish Pride Tattoo Co. to get my very first tattoo. I was welcomed by very helpful staff, a clean environment, and was instantly made comfortable by my tattoo artist Kaitlin! She drew out designs for me, moved the stencil around a few times until it was perfect, and walked me through the whole process. This tattoo shop is awesome!  The girl at the front I believe she goes by Vegas, is extremely helpful and nice. I read a couple of bad reviews prior to going here about rude staff and girl in the front, I didn't see any of that at all.  She was extremely accommodating and even asked if I needed any water or anything periodically.  I think she goes above and beyond in customer service.  I didn't interact much with any of the other staff but everyone seemed pretty friendly.My artist Nick Farrell did an AMAZING piece, way beyond my expectations. The initial consultation was brief but efficient. I sent him a picture of around what I wanted and he drew up something 10x better than I originally requested.  He kept it big as requested and positioned it perfectly.  I highly recommend this shop and Nick Farrell if you need any work done. He is an extremely talented artist.My first session healed wonderfully, my second session was Friday and I haven't had any issues at all.  Looks beautiful.  Again, highly recommend this shop and this artist. I had went to another place to get my first tattoo done. BUT they were by appointment only on Saturday (the day I wanted it done). So my wife and I decided to give Foolish Pride a shot. I gotta tell you, the staff was friendly and the artist , Brandon, was extremely helpful. He took the concept we were looking for and ran with it. Best tattoo experience ever! Trevor Kope is amazing. He really made me feel at ease, showed so much passion in his work, and really brought my tattoo to life! I got a portrait of my dog and it looks exactly like her. It's so lifelike. I love it so much, it's better than I could have every dreamed of. He keeps a super clean work space and talked through all the steps before starting. He made sure everything was perfect with the stencil and really made an effort to understand my vision for what I wanted. My wife has been going to JD for all her ink. I recently started a leg sleeve. He's a he'll of an artist. The man took my idea and blew it up. He has taken it farther than I could have hoped for. Katie did my tattoo yesterday, she was super cool and I really liked how she explained step by step what she was going to do so I would know what to expect as far as comfort levels. This is my 6th tattoo and know one has ever broke it down like that before. Also, I expressed interest in getting another tattoo and she recommended I speak to another artist at the same shop who specializes in what I am wanting. TJ Hal started my half sleeve in February of 2016 and has continously ignored numerous attempts to schedule a finishing session. A few weeks ago, I stopped by the shop to see if Nick would finish it for me, but he refused out of "respect" for TJ. I'm baffled as to why TJ has no problem being so sketchy and disrespectful to a customer for no apparent good reason, especially since he seemed like a super chill guy during the first session. Not into reviews , but it would have been insane not to give props. Trevor was the first tattoo artist who ever made me feel like what I was inking into my skin was actually art. He found a way to make my piece come alive and was equally as impressed as I was. His insight, skill & overall craft can't be reckoned with. I've gone to foolish pride twice now to Nick Ferrell for two larger more detailed tattoos and I couldn't be happier with the product. I will be extremely hesitant to let anyone other than Trevor tattoo me ever again. He is amazing. I'm visiting from LA and came across his work on Insta.
