Obviously the people working here a dumb, after I got my nose pierced I was instructed not to clean it with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide (which you’re supposed to use to clean any piercing in order to keep it from getting infected) and I dumbly followed there instructions for some reason and my nose became quite infected after about 3 weeks. Today I went to whipe my face and my nice piercing came out and my nose is so swollen I can’t put the piercing back in. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Very disappointed. Lost my earrings at my daughter's wedding about 6 months ago and just found new ones..paid $10 to have them put in so that it would be done right. I used to bring my daughter by if she was having trouble. Usually they clean the earrings and wipe the ear before piercings..or that's always been my experience in the past. Despite the hesitation for some people about coming to an Atomic for their tattoo, I always base my decision for a tattoo based off the Artist and my first impressions of the parlor. It was clean, sanitary, and after reviewing portfolios and talking with Jay I had no hesitations about coming here for my arm piece. I received horrible customer service. I got my nose pierced here my nose ring jewelry broke so I went there to get it fixed. I paid $10 for a brand new one even though their jewelry broke. Ok cool then the front desk gave me a corkscrew nose ring and she says they carry nothing else but when I got my nose pierced initially it was a L shaped ring so I don’t know how to put it in she then says we charge $5 to put it in. Like I just a $10 nose now you want me to pay an extra $5 for you to put it in. Like I wouldn’t have to do all this if your stuff didn’t break. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude, had an attitude and unhelpful. Overall horrible experience wouldn’t recommend going there and I won’t be go there myself anymore. Ron has incredible talent at even the smallest size details , everything turned out perfect even after 4-5 hours of tattooing. He gives such an attention to detail and cares about your tattoo as if he were putting it on his own body. I bought a lip stud and paid the extra money to have it put on. What a waste of money, the stud fell out the very next day. Clearly it wasn't put in tight enough. The guy was fumbling when he put it in so I should have known. $30 down the drain. I called and asked for a refund and was told no. I was told that it just happens sometimes. My friend and I went to get our nose peirced Friday night. We work together and got off work late. They said the piercer leaves at 830. I let them know we would be there at like 820, if that was okay. They said of course! So we went. Our peircers name was Jeff. I was SOOOO nervous about getting my nose peirced. I watched too many "gone wrong" videos. He talked with us and kept us calm and made us laugh. Jeff has 25 years of experience and it shows because our noses were finished in 0.5 seconds. Had a nervous break down about 6 months ago had a interview and was afraid of not getting the job i had originally got a piercing in tampa else where and I didnt know how to flip it ! Went in for a small tattoo with another friend... I asked the artist for Roman numerals 3/14/2015, the artist then when back to her computer then had the stencil on my skin and tattoo was done in maybe 20 mins... not long at all! And I loved it except the tattoo reads 3/14/35.... should of looked the numbers up myself instead of trusting a tattoo "artist".... will not go back or recommend anyone to go here!
