First time here and I will never go anywhere else! Skyler revamped an old piece for me and it looks so incredible! The original artist didn't consider my skin tone when coloring the piece and Skyler was super helpful, explained everything really well and chose colors that looked much better on my skin. Everyone here was so friendly, even when I was a little indecisive about the second piece I wanted. He took the time to ensure I was happy with my decision and placement and also reiterated everything we were doing before he began three times. Amazing place.. got an incredible realistic Rose piece coving about half my back done by Pepper.. it was a cover up and you would never be able to tell.. artwork is incredible, Pepper, Bart and Skyler were all incredibly nice and fun to talk to and Al at the front desk was super nice and made setting up appointments and communication easy.. have and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.. can't wait to go back and get another amazing piece � Read Less

I will say this place was very clean&the greeter at the door was extremely pleasant also my artist I worked with was lovely& patient. Although, there was this one artist or perhaps he was the owner ,I don't honestly know who this guy was but he was rude&completely unwelcoming. Bart I believe his name was. My artist and I agreed on a price got the work done and this bart fellow proceeded to check us out. I told him the price we agreed on and this guy tells me 50$ extra as he states the minimum was 200$. I don't know any shop who has this rule- sure 50$,maybe 100$... make a sign. Tell people this. I have most of my body cover in ink and I've never faced this issue and to be met with such a rude individual. Nope, won't be back. I'll just continue to drive down to All Saints in Daytona. The best part was obviously the finished product, my tattoo, but runner up was the amazing attitude, understanding, and patience I was given. I came in 2 days ago with a very simple tattoo idea. Al, who I talked to on the phone initially, was so nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was able to come in the same day and get the tattoo with Skyler. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and the tattoo looks amazing! I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband used them to suprise me for Valentine's day! I sat with Devin who is only here for a short time. I can't begin to explain the level of patience this man had for me! We talked up until he arrived in Saint Augustine on the 17th and I wasn't an easy client. Once I got to the shop he was still positive and upbeat and he totally killed my every want and detail. We went for 8 hours straight and not once did this guy lose h...is passion for my piece. He was gentle caring and put up with my babbling! Now not only did Devin blow my mind but Pepper, Bart and Skyler never stopped the whole day either and every design I saw walk out of there blew me away! I was in town for business and decided to get an old tattoo touched up. Old, as in 23 years old. I researched online for local tattoo shops and reviews. Skyler's name kept popping up as a great artist.  Reviews were right. I was a walk-in, got lucky as Skyler was the only one working at the time (Greek festival was going on). He took a blown out 23 year old tattoo and made it look great again, and it's not even finished (I showed up an hour before closing time). I plan on returning just so he can finish it out and add color. 9 hour drive but it'll be worth it. Plan on getting a few more while I'm at it. Read Less
