Hands down the best tattooing experience I've ever had! Was browsing around with a few friends for tattoo shops in the area and came across Old Towne Tattoo. It coincidentally was super close to where we were staying so we called to make sure they accepted walk ins - which they do! They were super accommodating and extremely easy going which I feel isn't easy to find in a tattoo shop. They all work so efficiently and put out consistent, quality work. Most friendly and knowledgeable staff, highest possible quality, most relaxing experience I've ever had getting a tattoo. Dom did a phenominal job on a very special tribute piece for my Grandfather. I couldn't have asked for better. Great artist and conversationist, I enjoyed the whole process. A few things that I like about this shop are the cleanliness, staff communication and the choice of music. The shop is small but not cluttered, and actually well spaced out for the siz...e of the building. Very clean, temperature cool but not freezing, and no overbearing tattoo-shop clutter. Daaron and Zak, the other artists in the shop took the time to check out and appreciate my artwork, they also made for some interesting conversation and some laughs as well. They are also amazing artists as well, as long as you go to Old Towne Tattoo, you are getting your money's worth and are also in for a good time. One final thing, the music. Most shops I've been to always have the old school metal blaring. Which is cool, I love it. But it also gets yout blood pumping a little more than it ought to be when you are getting inked. These guys played some brilliant, surfer-esque modern rock that had elements of 60s pop and psychedelia. I must admit I almost fell asleep, that's how relaxed I was. Damn.  All I can say.  As someone that loves American traditional and can never find enough of it in other shops, it feels like walking into Mecca. Bold, solid, and clean as hell work.    Walked in, the guys were all about helping me out without pressuring me for the work like some shops.  Extremely personable.  I knew right away this place was the place to go  I went with Zak. You won't find many artists as willing to work with you like him. I am super impressed by everything.
