Holly is super sweet and made the booking process easy. We were reminded by phone and email for our appointment which was great customer service that I appreciate since I'm so glued to a calendar schedule. We can't wait for session #2! Highly recommend this shop. What can I say about Jeff & Twisted Image! I went to Jeff to do a coverup of a bad tattoo that I got 19 years. Well, Jeff's artistic ability is more than I could have ever expected. I went to a tattoo place last weekend and they wouldn't pierce my daith because "my ears are small" I was really disappointed because I was willing to try anything to get relief from severe headaches. So yesterday I went to Twisted Image to try a different place and see what they'd say...I'm glad I did because John was awesome and did a great job piercing my daith! He was kind and professional. My brother and I came in to get a memorial tattoo for our father who had past away. We met with Faith and she was very helpful and really worked with us on the design we wanted. She tattooed us both the same day and did a great job. I've been to allot of tattoo shops but this is by far my favorite one. (Typically speaking) Being a girl, we don't always like to hear the truth when it comes to looks/ design etc+ BUT Jeff always tells me how it is & just what I want to hear. ♥️ he's so blunt, open minded, smart, funny & creative! He has done a couple of my tattoos and all of them have his own special taste, which makes them 10x more original. Got my Daith piercing yesterday with John Thibault. Been wanting to do this for a while to relieve my migraines. John was great-- This piercing hurts but he is fast and he walks you through it very well so it was a breeze. Clean shop, friendly staff. Will definitely come back and refer friends! Read Less

Jeff Covell is one of the most honest people I have ever met!! Instead of taking my money to fix a bad tattoo, he was honest and told me that a cover up is the better way to go. I have a tattoo that has been done twice. It started out with a flower, later added a ribbon, and it just wasn't right.I went to Twisted Image and booked an appointment with Chris D. For a recolor and to see if a watercolor background would help.The shop was clean and approachable, and you can book your appointment right online. The staff was helpful and friendly, and Chris's watercolor on my existing tattoo, along with touching up the rest and adding some small touches, made me fall head over heels in love with my tattoo! Great place I had gotten a tattoo from another shop in stuart and it came out poorly and faded. Went to twisted image and got it finished and it looks great and will go back to have them fix the tattoo the other shop butchered. Whoever wrote that nasty review a couple of posts back must have an attitude of her, own because I went in there with my 64 year old previously untattooed self for a tiny half-hour tattoo, and the people there were owelcoming, friendly, kind and accommodating. DON'T GO !!! While doing research for my first tattoo, I checked out Twisted Image. The art was so/so, but what turned me off more was the vibe and snobby attitude of the employees there. Not having any tattoos or piercings, I feel like they all looked at me like an inconvenience or that they didn't think i was important enough to help. They seemed irritated by my questions and the fact that I only wanted a small/medium sized butterfly. I felt very uncomfortable. If there art was fantastic, I may have put up with the discomfort, but mediocre work AND an unprofessional atmosphere is an unacceptable mix. definitely DO NOT go to this shop ! Read Less
