Really bad service. All they could tell me was no my tattoo idea wasn't possible and then told my boyfriend the same. Was to busy to run to the bathroom after just leaving it to even care what else we had to say. Told us to make a collage and come up with something better. Took our service elsewhere and showed them the same ideas we had and we have an appointment Saturday for exactly what we wanted. So no it wasn't impossible. Came in with some pics for a diabetic tattoo. Was met with a professional welcome. Showed Chanel what i had and some ideas. She was very helpful. Came back at 5pm showed her the one i wanted but didnt want some of the items in the pic i had. Chanel fixed it up and stuck it to me. I am very happy with my medical tattoo, the professionalism which she and the others showed towards me and my wife, The cleanliness of the shop and her work area also gets an extra 5 stars. I went in for pricing on a cover-up. I was offered a look through on Nicole's previous work. Her artwork is fabulous and her cover-ups were amazing. I decided to get it done right then. I turned 18 today and have wanted a particular tattoo since I was 13. I planned it out about 2 weeks ahead with Nicole and when I came in, I was amazed at the work she had planned for me! It was better than I had thought. I came in looking for an anchor on my left forearm with "anchor of life" underneath. I was unsure of the type of font I wanted for it and the same day we made the appointment, she sketched out a few different options for me. I chose to go with the script and... when I walked in the day of my appointment, I was amazed! It curved perfectly with the anchor. I also went with a charm bracelet on my right ankle, and while it was just a basic line around my ankle and an elephant, she did exactly what I wanted. My elephant was left blank to fill in later and there is still plenty of room around my ankle to add more "charms" later. She worked very efficiently and made sure the stencil was perfectly placed before she brought out the tattooing machine. The pain was manageable and not bad at all, also owed to the fact she worked as quickly as possible and still made straight lines!
