Went and got my girlfriends breast pierced. The store looked sanitary from what I could see without doing a overall inspection. The stores offers privating piercing and tattooing rooms so you don't have to worry about exposing yourself to anyone other than your artist. Read Less

I paid 300$for a tattoo. I got my tattoo, when I just got it done I told Sam my tattoo looks dull. He said wait until it heals it will look differently. I waited a month for it to heal. Everybody that sees the tattoo, asks me how long have I had it because it need a touch up. Mind you, my brother has gotten plenty tattoos from that man that all look nice and vibrant and still don’t need a touch up. When I asked him for a touch, which he said is guaranteed to me with a year of getting the tattoo, he got upset and told me I should gotten a cartoon flower if wanted it to colored. He stormed in the back to set up. Now at this point why would Iet an angry tattoo artist use me as a coloring book. I just told him don’t worry about, I’ll let someone else fix it. One of my friends requested a moon phase tattoo on her forearm which only required black and white ink. She has a phobia of tattoos and was trying to face one her fears so naturally she didn’t look down while they were taking advantage of her. According to her she had her eyes closed the whole time while the artist was butchering her forearm. The final result was the moon phase but Cookie Monster themed. Being that the tattoo is cian blue and not black and white, it’s blatantly obvious that the artist took advantage of her. They offered her no refund and stated that that’s what she wanted. It’s beyond me as to who would want a Cookie Monster themed tattoo of the moon phases and who actually would think of something like that besides a drugged up tattoo artist. Couldn't have made a bigger mistake coming here because not only did I end up with a tattoo that I will have to get redone once it's healed at a different tattoo shop because of the now permanent $200 mistake I made of coming here. And I politely called the next morning explaining that there were some things that I didn't like about it and wanted to see if they could fix it but when I went down to the shop, Wayne which is the one who did the tattoo seemed angry that I wanted to make changes and convinced me that he did everything in the tattoo I had shown him. And when I spoke with the manager, he was very rude and said he couldnt do anything about ot until it healed and I let him know that I would never go there again because of the terrible experience i had. He then laughed in my face saying they didnt do returns on tattoos because then everyone would claim it wasnt what they wanted. I understand if it had been even close to the tattoo I wanted but there has to be some exception for tattoos that are clearly not even remotely close to what the customer wanted. Just to explain how bad it is, I asked for a tattoo of the moon phases and I have literally had 5 people ask since if I had gotten a tattoo of cookies!! Read Less

LOL, Cheyenne Rife in case you didn't know, yes the man smokes cigarettes, hence the smell of them, and most importantly as for the swastika on his arm he has had that for a long time. he got that a week after the Berlin wall came down, for a united Germany. NOT for what you assume it to be for. And yes he can be a bit abrasive it seems to some , but he is committed to doing his job and giving you his full attention. Get to know people before you judge people, for what ever purpose you have. I have got plenty of tattoos and piercing from there and the people are always relaxed and good at what they do. Read Less

The people are friendly, but for a quality piercing I would keep shopping around. I took the piercing  out because I couldn't keep looking at the scar. The piercing itself took 9 months to heal and left me with a scar worse than this. This is after weeks of using Maderma scar therapy (see pictures). Read Less

My experience getting pierced was great. My piercer sanitized everything thoroughly, talked me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable and informed. I was disappointed that my belly button piercing rejected, but I have highly sensitive skin so I doubt that was any fault of the piercer. I will say that the bars she used for one of my other piercings were too short and this caused the balls of the bar to imbed into my skin, which was extremely painful. Those had to be taken out because they were bleeding and bruised; and they ended up closing. Great environment, friendly staff...just be sure to double check your bar size and have your piercer do the same. I'd use them again. Read Less

Got my first tat here 3 years ago.  Now we are back and my girlfriend is getting another and a free touch up.  Went to 3 other places first and they were either closed (on a Sunday) or didn't take walk-ins.  Decent stand alone location, reasonable price and staff were friendly. Read Less
