If i could give a 0 rating i would. Went in there yesterday after not having been in there in over a year. The lady helped me get what i needed , took my card to swipe for my purchase but coincidentally my card got compromised the same day. I have regular places i got to all the time with ABSOLUTELY NO issues and the one day i use my card at this facility with not having been there in forever, something like this happens. i will never be returning and i hope you guys watch your accounts or use cash when going there. This is one of the 2 shops they have in Pensacola. This one is a lot bigger and they do tattoos and piercings here. They offer a lot more at this shop. Pretty clean, staff was awesome. Stickers are great, bought about $100 bucks worth. Would definitely go again. Read Less

I've been a customer here for around 6 years but the aftermath of their customer service last night changed that. My belly button ring fell out yesterday, but since I've had the flu my boyfriend went inside while I waited in the car. The boyfriend isn't a piercing guy so I gave him one of the balls from my other piercing (top and bottom navel) to help him out. He went in and asked for something like a round belly button ring while showing them the big gem ball. The lady responded, "like a horse shoe?" And he said "uh, whatever a normal belly button ring is, sure." So she gave him a circular barbell. Which would be common for say, eyebrows, nose, and nipple piercings, but so INCREDIBLY uncommon for belly buttons. The huge gem ball he showed her was a dead giveaway too! He went right back inside and told the saleswoman that it was the wrong piece of jewelry to which she simply said, "no returns." Not even a simple sorry. And now I'm out money and have a useless piercing... Beware their brand of "customer service" here. Read Less

Stay away from the one on 9TH AVENUE. Mischief or whatever her name is tried on TWO PIECES OF NOSE JEWELRY ON ME to see which one fits. I was curious so I asked what was she going to do with it since it has been placed inside of my nose, USED/WORN... SHE SAID "technically it hasn't been worn, it's goes through the autoclave two times." They SELL JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN PUT INSIDE SOMEONE ELSE'S BODY. I AM DISGUSTED AND SCARED TO DEATH. The worst! Sells items under false pretences. Then when you call them on it they say you must have been confused. No they won't do store credit or refunds. So now I'm out 40 bucks because the sales person(JD)lied just to make a sell. Bad coustomer service. Subpar employees(Bryce)that are argumentive and will hang up on you. Got pissed at my husband & decided to treat myself to a tattoo (he hates them). I came in for a quote on my collar bone, but no font would fit how I wanted it to. Ended up getting 3 doves instead (on my collarbone) wanted them white, he suggested that it would fade quickly. Wanted them smaller he pretty much said that bigger is better. So it's taken me about 5 years to build up the courage to finally get my first tattoo, and damn did I pick the perfect place! I've been to a lot of different shops, in multiple states, and I walked into this one and felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly and genuine, and was very clean! Min did a piece on my right forearm and I absolutely love it. He put in almost 8 hours of work into it, and his passion in his work certainly shows! I'm very meticulous with permanent projects like tattoos. I spent a year trying to come up with a tattoo design idea in honor of my wife that really moved me and felt deserving of her. When I finally nailed my idea, I spent an inordinate amount of energy researching the different well known artists in the area (from Hula Moon, Inifinite Ink, etc.), listening to recommendations and then studying the sample designs available. Came in to buy navel jewelry last night. The girl was so rude and barely wanted to help me. Told me my piercing was crooked, then wouldn't show me jewelry because she said I couldn't change it yet even though I knew i could. When I asked did she just not want to help she was like "oh well I'll LET you buy one like I had to have permission from her. Picked out 2 pieces that were 14.99 each. Just took them out the bag and one is broken. Looks defective and she never showed it to me before I purchased. Didn't plan on returning but now I have to because I'm not wasting 14$. I want a replacement or refund and will be asking for a manager to assist me if that girl is there. I had my 10 yo daughter with me and she even said she was so rude we should have left. Read Less

I read a lot of reviews of the studios in Pensacola for cover-ups and watercolors. Min was the one I kept coming back to. His work is above par so I gave him a chance. I am visiting a friend here in Pensacola and read tons of reviews from various shops. The ones for Pensacola Tattoo Studio stood out above all the rest! That nailed it for me. Courtney helped me out and came up with a perfect small floral tattoo for me that was just what I wanted. I went in to get my daith pierced. I am an RN so cleanliness is key for me. This place is safe piercing association certified and everything was done to the highest degree of safety! The ring placed was first autoclaved then the piercer fully explained it all to me. She scrubbed her hands and arms before putting on sterile gloves to do the piercing. All needles are disposable as well! Very minimal pain due to her proficiency! Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices with lots of cool upgrades available! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing of any kind. Read Less

They are okay, but they charge way too much for basically anything. It's almost $10 for a 15ml thing of e-juice! I could see it kind of if it was just a struggling place with 5 customers a day, but this shop and its owner actually made a popular brand of synthetic marijuana and must have made millions and millions before it was made illegal in FL(and I bet he still sells it in other states to this day under his shell company!), and the prices never went down for other things even though they had lines of people giving them pure profit I'm sure every single morning for a year or two... and the owner comes from old money anyway, so he's basically just super stingy, which is kind of annoying. My husband and I had gone to the store located on 9th avenue for the valentines day special of bogo piercings and a tattoo.  We were told it was walk in and to just show up.  We went in and filled out the paperwork for the piercings and spoke with the tattoo artist  who then told us he was booked for at least one or two weeks.  While that was disappointing my husband still put a down payment for his tattoo.  We were told it would be two hours to be able to have the piercings done so we told the piercer what jewelry was wanted and went to eat.  We came back within the allotted time frame and was then told that they didn't save our spot because she wasn't told what jewelry to use.  That there was now six people in front of us and no telling how many hours it would be before she could fit us in.   Understandably upset, we stated we were no longer interested in their services and took our business elsewhere.  I would not recommend going to this business if this is the way they treat there customers.  Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere your business is actually appreciated. They sell shitty expensive pipes that break! And they don't refundI bought one 3 days ago, and it broke so I took it back. The worker flipped out on me when I showed her the pipe. She taught there was stuff in there, then apologized but refused to speak to me until I put the pipe in my CAR.... not even my purse.
