Not a very good shop. My artist was Jason and I walked in to get my first tattoo. I had an idea and he printed it on a piece of paper but it was not aligned very well. I wanted my first tattoo to be perfect and it isn't bad but there are minor mistakes and I am unhappy with it. I did appreciate that he said I could come back and get a free touch up. I suppose it is my fault due to just walking in and not completely checking the tattoo outline thoroughly. I just wish we could have talked more about it and made it perfect. I am very particular about who does things to my body. I currently have one small tattoo that I got when I was young and didn't know any better. In my older age I am researching and asking questions and finding out more. I went in having an idea what I wanted I wanted a few different concepts put into a tattoo. I wanted to know how it was going to be done l and what the healing time was and how much it was going to cost. I showed several pictures and was blown off. I was told I need to draw it out then bring that in. He told me he wouldn't even try to put concepts together until I booked an apt. Then told me to go look at the books and pick something out. I was told they charge anywhere from 125 to 150 an hour and if I did color i would be charged more. One i was looking at was going to be around 8 hours. That's 1000$. For 1000$ I would expect better service. I also asked if there was a private room to have it done in. He pointed to the chairs and said there is the chair. I am looking to have a c section scar covered. So he expected me to have my vagina showing to everyone who walked into the store. I don't think so. He berated me that I should only be getting a tattoo for everyone to be able to see it. Not everyone gets a tattoo for other people. I don't believe I will be going back. I didn't even get a chance to ask about any kind of pain relief. Kinda glad I didn't he would have probably laughed at me. Read Less

First tattoo and it was done by Erin. Who is amazing by the way. I found her based on recommendations on Facebook. She answered all my questions prior and calmed my fears. I was really fearful on the pain. Arrived to the shop. Friendly service. She had pre printed several sizes of the tattoo I had sent her and gave me time to choose placement and size. Waiver was signed and then ready to go.get the tattoo shortly thereafter. The was very clean, not noisy and very decorative with wall art and other tattoo outlines. Before getting started she placed the image on my arm and again confirmed placement. Then she prepped my arm, shaved and sterilized it. She informed me that if I needed a break at any time to ask. She was very gentle. Despite all my reservations it was super quick, I only had time to listen to 2 songs so about 10 mins if that. Very minor pain. More like the surrounding skin instead of the actually site due to the vibrations. She even said I did great! It was a simple tattoo - no color or elaborate design, just a word and simple image so those were factors too. She reviewed aftercare and then covered it with a tegaderm. Very reasonable price I think. I did take a motrin and extra strength tylenol prior and dosed again on tylenol later that night. Some very slight burning sensation could be felt when the pain meds wore off but otherwise I resumed my normal activities just tried to let my arm rest when I could. I had a coverup done on my arm by scout holstead. The tattoo work is excellent and scout was very considerate and professional. TERRIBLE! Me and my husband went in for tattoos & they talked us out of them. Very un welcoming place. Went on & on. At first it was alright but they went ON AND ON & WAYYYY OVER PRICED!!!!!! YOU NEVER TELL PEOPLE WHAT INK TO GET AND WHAT INK NOT TO GET! Plus they were all outside playing a game and all looked high as a kite. I WOULDNT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Absolutely recommend this place to any and all. I told Scout what I wanted and it was as though he saw what was on my head. Everyone there is fun to be around. I met Erin O'Shea about 15 months ago, through family, when she started a sleeve for me. I had to take a break due to a health issue. She was just as sweet then as she is now! We restarted my sleeve a month ago. The tattoos from last year look just as beautiful as the new ones. I had another session with her last night, and I always leave happy! As soon as you walk in everyone is friendly and super polite! Very professional and I love that everything is super clean! Definitely my new go to place for some new ink! Worked with Scout on my tattoo and he new exactly what I wanted and how to place it. He gave me great advice on really good care for my new Tattoo. Infinite ink is a really clean and chill shop. I came in to get a tattoo by an artist, scout, recommended to my by a friend. He is a very good artist and gave good suggestions as far as where to get the tattoo and what look to give it. He free drew my tattoo and everyone i have seen has said that it is very nice! Ok where do i start.. As soon as you walk in this shop you can tell it's gonna be a great experience, the cleanliness and attention to detail on how the shop is setup tells you that you walk in to a great place and you up for a treat... 2nd a most importantly the artists only had the pleasure to work with Scout which by the way did a great job,bit we will get in detail in a few... Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable the 6 hours i sat for my session a lot of ppl walked in a...nd not 1 left disappointed either with their tattoo or the consult with an artist.... Just went to this place recently and it was an awesome experience! The entire staff were awesome, helpful, and friendly. I got my tattoo done by Scout Holstead and love it! He does amazing work.
