I saw J and she was fantastic. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I have never had these services before and was noticeably nervous about having the tinting done. J explained everyrhing to me and talked me through the process. She listened to what I had to say and didn't do anything that I didn't want. She did miss a few hairs with the tinting, but I chalk that up to first time being in her chair and we will know better for next time. I am definitely going back. Read Less

I normally always get my eyebrows waxed at Ulta, and it's 24$ and they never do a good job. This place I highly recommend! I've never got my eyebrows threaded and now thats forever how I'll get them done! She did an AMAZING Job and for only $11 I will be going back everytime now! Read Less

First let me start by saying I only gave this place two stars because I don't like the word "hate," and that's what one star is, but anyway, to get to my problem with this place...... I pulled in front of this place and called in to ask how long would the wait be for individual lashes and I was told twenty minutes, so I said ok, cut my car off, and walked in. I signed in, took a seat, there were a couple of other ladies waiting, but they wanted a particular person. So after a...bout five or ten minutes, it was time for me to get in the chair, once I told the lady what I wanted she seemed to be confused as to what I said I wanted, so she asked another lady that worked there. They both got into a conversation for about five minutes and after their conversation, the other lady she was talking to came from around the wall asking if I could come back later in the evening, so me being aggravated I stated for them not to worry about it, i'll just take my business else where. The moral of this story is, don't tell a customer something can be done in twenty minutes and then after waiting 15/20 minutes you ask the customer to come back later when I know she knew when I called she wasn't going to have time. My eyebrows are so thin and pointy now. I have a super high arch maybe 30 percent of the way through and they are so thin they trail off and look nasty. I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and now I have a huge dramatic arch over one eye with a thick start and the other looks like a thin trace of high peak. I have never cried over something so silly until I saw how bad they can truly make you look. I have to put castor oil on them and draw them on for the next six weeks. :( Read Less

I went there on Nov 11, 2016 to get my eyebrows threaded and a waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows and my waxing was great, she was attentive and we had very good conversation. When I was leaving there was a sign that stated that the combo I got would be 45.00 when I got to the register a different younger lady took my money and charged me 54.00 when I asked about the sign she said they were no longer running the special and when I asked about the military discount it seemed as if she ignored it. I am undecided whether I wanted to do a 2 or a 3. I have never had bad threading done I took pictures so people can See the difference but I don't know if I can post them. My left eyebrow is almost perfect even though it was done thinner than normal but the right looks nothing like it. My right eyebrow when it was time to cut with the scissors maybe she cut too much off so my right eyebrow is not the same length on height as my left it is lower near the first half of my eyebrows.. There was a younger looking girl maybe 19-21 then another who looked 25-30 she was the one I went to. I've had horrible waxing done but never threading. I might give one more shot but I don't like when my eyebrows don't look nice. Read Less
