If I could leave no stars in order to review I would. So, I got my Tragus pierced by Yoshi 2 weeks and 1 day ago. My intent was to get both done, but after being tugged at seemingly unnecessarily several minutes after being told “done” (needle through and what should have been hard part over) I talked myself out of the second one. While I realize it is a challenging location for a piercing, it should not take 10 minutes of fumbling and tugging in order to put the Jewelery in,... creating obvious pain and discomfort. This morning, the jewelery fell out while making breakfast, before I even attempted to clean it. In a panic, I called to find Sunday is by appointment only- I called multiple times, no answer, no recording. This is my 11th piercing- I have always had a cell number of POC should any issues be encountered. I went to Tatoos by Lou as they were the only local place open during this crucial time and I was in a panic. Upon inspection, the piercer there told me my options. While she offered to re-pierce for free if I purchased the jewelery at market value, she advised against it Bc it was pierced too close to my head and too far down to be aesthetically preferable. She also said that based on my experience and placement, I would be likely to have scarring without letting it heal and start fresh. All in all, I am out $45 spent, and the pain and inconvenience of caring relentlessly for a poorly done piercing. This place is just super awesome!!! VERY clean and everyone knows what they are doing. I got a double helix piercing and it was a SUPER smooth process. I went for a small tattoo consult one day a few months ago and met Ricky (tattoo artist). After a short conversation he said he could tattoo me since what i wanted was fairly small. He was great!! Made me feel welcome that first day and gave me some cool fresh ink. That was a few months ago, yesterday i went back for a bigger piece (this time i scheduled the session). The staff are excellent and again Ricky made it happen! Everyone there is friendly, down to earth and always ready to answer any questions you have. I recommend them (and def Ricky) for ink sessions. This place is by far the best one we been though, the people there couldn't be anymore nicer. We had a girl called Yoshi do a piercing for my wife. The process was fun and easy and it felt like we were doing it with a friend. We were even talking to the artist in the next room. I love how they was having a (two for one) special; We told them we couldn't take it because we are planning on getting the second one later and without wasting a second she got out a company coupon card that states when we come back we don't have to pay. That's what you call customer service!!! The next day my wife was having problems with the piercing (Not their fault) I called to talk to her but she was busy. The guy that pick up ask what was the problem and once he I told him he simply said "to pass by and he will personally fix the problem free of charged" I don't care if I move 1000 miles in the future.
