This is the best shop and the best tattoo artist I have ever know and I have known many of the old time greats like Tats Thomas, Amond Dietsel, Bill Grimshaw, Cliff Raven, Frisco Bob, Ace Harlyn, Bert Grimm, Spaulding & Rogers, Joe Palmer, George & George, Indio Cancel II, Johnny Walker and Joe Farrar to name just a few! I have both arms, legs, chest and back tattooed in the old school, started in 1959 when stationed at Fort Ord, California for A.I.T. after B.C.T. at Fort Hoo...d, Texas. I agree with Keith Barber, right on, Keith! I have seen a lot of tattoo shops in the past 58 years and a few were Off Limits to All Military Personnel. Most were clean, but not all were good artists. Met a lot of tattooed folks and as we have a common bond, got along with all of them. I am glad to see women getting better and larger designs. Am a proud parent of a tattooed child, my daughter who never batted an eye when she was tattooed, Wild Blue Tattoo is the place to get your work done. Chance is an amazing artist, he listens to what you want and makes suggestions even if that means his business making less money. He will encourage you to look other places and be sure of what you want. I came to him as a walk in, an hour later he was getting to work. No shortcuts were taken, he took his time and stuck with his price quote even though we changed some things. I've had several compliments on how great his lines and shading is already (1st day after getting it) -bottom line is he isn't only a great artist, he's great person too. Very informative.
