It was our last day in Florida and my sister and I decided to get a tattoo. We paid full price upfront and made our appointments. We came back for our appointments and waited and waited and waited and by the time we got finished getting our tattoos five hours had passed. Five. Hours. It was one excuse after the other. Between smoke breaks we were told he was prepping and drawing. I saw nothing of the sort when i checked each time. Donny did our tattoos. He was high as a kite and zoning out, and I talked to Hamilton, the Manager, numerous times about it. He kept telling me it is all fine and we will love out tats. In the end, I absolutely hate mine. I asked for a realistic, colored palm tree. I got a cartoony looking palm. It is embarassing and completely unprofessional. I wasnt even offered to look at the outline before he did the work. Being my first tattoo I didnt know any better either. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality work done. If you like gambling with the outcome then this place is for you. Read Less

I went to this shop with my boyfriend on Friday to drop off our designs and made an appointment for Sunday. Hamilton at the desk was very friendly and helpful! When we came in Sunday, Donny did our tattoos and I absolutely love mine! It was a pretty intricate line drawing but he took his time and it turned out beautiful! I got my nipples pierced January 16th 2017. Today, it’s February 26th. So I went and got my nipples pierced by the white guy with the dreadlocks. Well long story short, my nipple has been acting up for the past month. So I went back to him to check it out (it looked horrible, bloody, puss-y, like horrible) and all he said was yeah it’s okay just keep cleaning it and it’ll be fine within the next week. So that was a week ago. So I decided to go to a place down the street from this parlor (I don’t want to mention it, next thing I ruin two piercers friendships) but I went there and as soon as he saw my piercings he immediately said he pierced you incorrectly (AND THAT HES BEEN PIERCING PEOPLE INCORRECTLY FOR A LONG DAMN TIME. and that he’s shocked that he still works there! ) So mr. Dreadlocks pierced not the tip of my nipple, but behind it. Like my breast tissue/muscle. And he looked at how bad it was and said that it’s like that cause of how it was pierced. And that it’s never going to heal properly because of it. He also offered that he would redo my piercings for FREE because of how bad of a job they were. It was a little bit pricey.....but we are from out of area. They did very well working with us on the price. But it was totally worth it. Our artist went by Smooth. And he was incredible. He has a very great talent with finesse. He was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our tattoo sessions. Definitely recommend him. Overall experience here was a really good one. great artists. We were visiting and wanted tattoos on our last day. The shop we planned on couldn't get us in and we read other reviews called ahead and explained the time crunch with flights. they had us come right in and got to work figuring out how to make it work for us. Peewee did a great job on mine and my 2 friends had Smooth. they made us feel comfortable and welcome. The front desk man was funny and kept us entertained while we waited. I was a walk-in at 10:35 right before closing, John was very helpful and informative on cleaning and aftercare/healing process. I got 6 piercings and he was very maticulice on how they were which was perfect! Before each piercing he was sterile and showed each needle in packaging and the expiration date on them which was reassuring to know they are clean. Staff was very friendly and came around to ask how everything was. Good conversations throughout the process. This place was absolutely amazing. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and they worked with me to get exactly what I had in mind. I waited for maybe 10 minutes at max. I would recommend this place to anyone. They showed me the expectation dates on all of the needles still in packaging and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing.
