I went in for a tattoo when they had a promotion for if it fits in your hand than it's $25. I went to get one done and was told that the tattoo I wanted was too nice to charge that. And I also got a quote for a tattoo and went back to get it done and they tried to charge me 3x as much as u was told. Read Less

I went there to get a price on covering up on my tattoo and they completely treated me with disrespect. They made it seem like I was bothering them and continued talking to each other while I stood there waiting for assistance. I went back a second time to see about getting a bird tattooed and they were rude about getting the tattoo the way I wanted it (the style and position of the bird). They were completely unprofessional both times I went in. I refuse to even attempt at letting them tattoo me and I would never recommend them to anyone. They charged me a compleatly different flat fee from my friend who came in the day before to get the same nose piercing done. She paid around 25 dollars and I paid 60 dollars. The lady was very talkative with everyone else but me, which made me feel awkward and not very comfortable. My friend had good experiences with both her nose and her belly button piercings but sadly I did not. I would recommend doing further research before choosing where you get anything such as a piercing or even a tattoo from here. Read Less

Ink Spot at Lakeland Mall - was in the mall for something else and saw the attractive shop. Met with Kevin and we found a US Flag that I really liked, we added the words "Lest We Forget". I'm diabetic and shortly into the session I felt faint, and was having a drop in my sugar. Kevin and the rest of the folks were SO understanding. Went in today and met Troy and the crew at the Altamonte location. I am an Iraqi Freedom Vet and I needed a cover up on a piece that was done in 2003. I have never met an artist like Troy. He understood where I was coming from and what I needed. He went above and beyond what I thought I expected. I was treated with respect and they made sure I got the best design and the right look. I went late one night with a group of friends for them to get a tattoo and or piercings. The group of people that worked there were not only fun to be around they made us feel right at home. My friend Jessie got a tattoo on her side of a flower on her side by an artist by the name of Jest. While getting it he kept her calm and had her laughing the entire time. I got talked into by the girl there named Heather to get a piercing...although i didn't plan on getting anything i'm glad i did. I got my navel pierced and i absolutely love it. The experience was quick and thorough. She allowed me to take time to get any nervousness out before she did the actual piercing. I was the the opening day of the shop and I got my first ear guages, All of the items were still in the plastic packaging baggies and strewn across the counter tops. But everyone stopped and dropped what they were doing to help me find what I wanted. They're super great people and always have been. I love that store and even though I'm not old enough to get peircings without an adult I still make sure to go and get a little something every time I go to the FB Mall.
