My wife and I got a tattoos here a few weeks ago while in Orlando for vacation - interesting experience:The store is nice and clean, and staff is relatively friendly. My wife's appointment was at 12:30p, and her design was simple (although it took her artist a few attempts to get it right after trying to severely over-simplify the design she provided). The drawing and tattoo were done by 1:45p, and it (somehow) cost her $400 (NOT including the $150 deposit). My turn: my appointment was at 2:30p, with our flight out of Orlando at 11:15p - plenty of time. My artist showed up around 2:45p, drew until 3:30p, and the tattoo (estimated at "2-3 hours, max") took SIX HOURS. I'm not sure how they got the estimate so wrong (even after drawing the design), but I ended up having to send my wife back to the resort for our bags, and I had to Uber straight from CityWalk to the airport without even having time for dinner. The tattoo itself is fine - something I could have easily gotten from near home without all the stress/rushing (and, likely, for around 1/2 the price). The place is in Universal's CityWalk, so obviously a tourist trap - sky high prices, artists are okay, but clearly rushed and over-booked, and it seems like you're just being pumped through as quickly as possible, since they know no one is going back for a 2nd tattoo from H&H. They also make you pay before getting the tattoo - also extremely shady, which I've never experienced before. It's likely decent for a quick small/flash tattoo or something they have pre-designed, I guess.
