Edit: just received an email from her harassing me about this review. Will keep this updated for any future emails or messages received that exemplify her terrible customer care policies. Do not see Ericka for anything past flowers, clocks, keys, and bees. Talented aspiring artist; absolute garbage client/customer care. I made mistakes by not looking for the red flags as a first-time tattoo guy as well, so I will explain it all. Detailed story: I came in about 3 months ago for tattoo ideas; pinups, designs, etc. We exchanged emails, and I shared some photo ideas to her for creativity purposes. Getting a response was like pulling teeth (which I gave her the benefit of the doubt due to her role as an apprentice). Fast forward a couple of weeks, and she says she really likes one of the photos as her inspiration. I come in, she starts the sketch RIGHT THERE without prepping in advance or figuring out where on the body it should go. After spending only ~20 minutes sketching out this massive photo, she comes to me and asks me where I want it. I should have said no in that moment because she showed me a LITERAL sketch of the photo I found online instead of her own design. 5 hours later, I have permanent garbage tattoo'd onto my arm. Ericka says there are a couple of things we can fix once the tattoo heals with the follow-up appointment; I spend the next 5 weeks trying to reach her via texts, email, and calls; no responses about the follow up. I decide to finally walk in there one day and ask her if we can set up a follow up to fix the issues of the tattoo. She looks at me with disgust for a second (like I just insulted her pride as an apprentice) and says "what needs fixing? I don't see anything wrong with it." Now I'm spending another ~$1500 to get a massive coverup for this tattoo at another location. P.S. Those photos on her instagram? Those are the only good ones she's proud of; mine aren't up there for the same reason I'm shelling almost 2 grand to get this fixed. So if you want cute bees and flowers, go to her all day. If you want anything more complex, DO NOT; she will NOT advise you to see somebody more qualified and will simply schedule the appointment, tattoo it, charge you, then leave you. Read Less

Most courteous and professional tattoo shop I've ever been in. The atmosphere created by the staff and artists is amazing. They set your expectations and exceed them from the very first consultation. Yesterday, I received the tattoo of a lifetime. For months, I attempted to make an appointment with a specific artist at Diadem, Myra Oh. She books her clients at least a month in advance. After months of impatiently waiting, I walked away with a beautiful tattoo.The shop is way out in Orange Park, which is somewhat unfamiliar territory to me. You walk in to a clean, modern and professional tattoo shop. I filled out a one page release, met my artist, saw the design, and took a seat.Granted, this was my first tattoo. I truly had no idea what to expect regarding my pain tolerance. More significantly, I was anxious how the finished product would turn out. Thankfully, I was in the best of hands, as Myra blew my expectations out of the water!All I'll say is that this tattoo has a deeply personal meaning behind it, and I'm honored Myra took my feelings to heart, all while drawing a killer design and applying it perfectly. Shop is nice and clean. Tattoos artists in the shop are friendly and make conversation. Eric did my memorial tattoo and it's still healing but the work looks great and he was very personable and I think fairly priced fo the quality of work he does. Def will go back when I need more work. Read Less

Brian is not only one of the best tattoo artists I've ever seen, but he's also an incredibly creative artist. Simply put, if you can get Brian to put life into your skin with some ink, do it. Brian has done half of the work on my body and I still want him to do more.
