Tom is THE best piercer!!!!! He's so knowledgeable and willing to educate!! He definitely knows what he's talking about and takes his job very seriously. He won't pierce you just to take your money. He's always very honest on if the piercing will work out or not based on your anatomy. I pierce ears at Claires and whenever someone comes in asking for a piercing we don't do I send them his way. The piercer was not in when I came in to inquire about getting snake bites. (And another ear piercing).. The person who was at the front had told somebody else what they wanted was something they wouldn't do, and something you "really don't want to get done". Odd. When he finally talked to me and my friend, she asked if they used the clamp.. immediately said yes. She didnt want me to use the clamp method, and said it's better without.. the guy got really short with us, telling us that he strongly disagreed and there's no way he wouldn't use a clamp.. besides the guy wasn't in anyway.. then brushed us off because the piercer was on vacation. Had body jewelry I wanted in my ears, and could not get them through the hole. Being that the body jewelry is a slightly bigger gauge than regular earrings. They enlarged and installed for free. I went to see Omar because he was highly recommended. After talking with him I paid him to do a draw up for me and he was going to text me pictures as he was doing the draw up. I paid him a deposit. A month passed and I heard nothing from him so I finally called and he told me to follow him on Facebook and keep REMINDING him about my draw up. He said he was getting close to starting mine and that he had been very busy, which I can understand that. It has now been almost a year and I’ve still heard nothing from him and never got even one text or call regarding my draw up. I requested that he give my money back and he never responded! I worked right next door to the tattoo shop, at the time I wanted a simple sun and Brissa did a good job executing it. Some faint sloppy lines but nothing I'll be picky about. After a couple months of having my tattoo, i had a smaller scab (after the scab came off it was white spot and needed touching up) come on one sun ray and I had already talked to her about it and she said she would touch it up for me for free. After weeks of waiting for her to message me back about my touch up, no response. I've messaged and stopped in numerous times where she could have done it, and nothing.
