Got my first tattoo here. Loved the guy who done it. came back for my second tattoo, picked it out and got the price. Then was told that the guy doing it couldn't do it for that price. That fir the price he gave me it would be simple. Then went back to get my lip done. Ended up going to the hospital​ to get it removed. Went back for another tattoo. The worker told me he'd do my tattoo and how much it would be. The lady came in and said it would ve more. Its disappointing but ill find somewhere else for tattoos. Read Less

I had to get my nose piercing redone my original piercing wasnt done right. I walked into the Ink Spot told Heather what I wanted and she took care of it nice and quick she listened and knew exactly what had gone wrong with my first piercing I knew she'd do it right. Do to the placement I bleed for a bit but Heather did a great job it didn't hurt half as much as the first time and she made sure I was comfortable. The first time it was amazing. I got double nose piercings two on one side. The first time to get my first one done the piercer who normally pierces wasn't there so I was a little sketched to have someone else do it but the girl who did it did amazing and it didn't hurt one bit. The second time I went to get my second one done the original piercer was there, I didn't feel very connected with her like I did with the other piercer. Heather I believe her name is (the normal pier...cer if that's not her name feel free to correct me) took me to the office and told me to sit and I did so. She got the equipment ready for me to get my nose done and did everything normal as far as cleaning. Here's where things change, she stuck the needle in without me knowing so I was very tense. It hurt quite a lot more than the first one and I was gushing blood. I don't know if it was because I didn't trust her, if it was the no warning, or if it was because of the spot it was at, but all I'm saying is if she would've warned me before sticking a needle in my nose maybe it wouldn't have hurt so much. I wasn't sure I wanted to get it done but when I walked and and talked with her she eased my mind and I was in and out within 10 minutes. 5 minutes for paperwork and prepping. Okay so my first tyme there it felt welcoming other then location isnt the best but i got a septum pierce by the piercer Cassie which i was her first septum according to her but tbh she was a great person she kept me from being nervious and very comforting everything was clean and if i had question about my septum she answer them immediately through social media. As for tattoo i got one the same day i got pierce and it was gentleman name aleika or something it was unusual anyway he did me a great deal for plam size tat with something i alwaysbwanted forever he did a great job and he was cool person if you want something in good quality and great price hes youre man. A lone girl in the shop simply stated that she doesn't feel comfortable putting the head back on, yet she puts holes in people's bodies. WTF?!? I went to Ink Spot at West Oak Mall. The Piercer Gave me short Length Posts for my Helix piercings with Butterfly Backs preventing room for my Ear to swell up causing it to hurt so bad......such an stupid mistake that could of been avoided had the piercer took into any condersation for the customer For people who are just starting out getting piercings normal earring studs which the Lady at the Ink Spot West Oak mall Gave me are not proper jewelry for Helix Piercings The butterfly backing harbors bacteria. They are often poor quality. The post isn't long enough to allow the piercing to breathe and swell. Just a short note to say what a great experience I had at the Ink Spot. The staff was congenial, the Artist that did my tattoo was a skilled artisan and I am very pleased with His work. His name is Aliko. Besides being a professional at his chosen field Aliko is a skilled conversationalist and a deep thinker. In fact the entire staff seem to be a bunch of young people on their way up! I will be returning to the INk Spot and Aliko to make the addons to the Righteous Tattoo I got today, on 11-17-11.
