My daughter had her helix pierced, she was very anxious . The girl performing the piercing was so patient and supported her feelings it took much longer than it should have because the staff was so accommodating to my daughters anxiety.She is very happy with her piercing I was taking very good care of it due to the education that you received while she was there I would highly recommend this establishment Read Less

My friend and I came here to have a cartilage and nose piercing done and they were excellent!! The shop is very clean, the staff is so friendly, and the prices were the best I have honestly seen. This is my second time coming to Triton. I had a bad experience somewhere else with a nipple piercing. The piercer here sat down with me, listened to me and actually looked through a book of piercing technology in order to assess my problems. Come to find out my only issue was I was wearing clothing that was too tight. My nipples healed right away. I won't go anywhere else for piercing needs. Great experience with a nostril piercing at this location on 7/5. This was a re-piercing done from long ago, Luis was able to use the same hole. He was thorough with instructions and explained the process and showed me the tools he was using. Showed me patience as he knew I was a little anxious. He proceeded quickly, efficiently and although there was some pain, it was over before I knew it. I wanted to once again thank him for a great experience and giving back a piece of me. I brought my daughter here on her 16th bday while we were on vacation to get her belly button pierced. I couldn't b more happy with how we were treated thru the entire process. This was my third time in a tattoo parlour, however, it was my first time feeling comfortable in one. I went in to get my cartilage pierced and I was quite nervous about my first piercing. I'm not sure of the name of the piercer, but upon investigation on their website I think it might have been Spike. He was super sweet, he explained everything to me, gave me two water bottles to drink to make sure I'm not dehydrated. I got a little woozy after I got pierced (probably because I was terrified) and he didn't let me get up until he made sure I was 100% back to normal. The place is super clean, he used proper sanitation techniques and explained everything to me with great detail and told me to call or come back if I have any questions.
