I was a walk in for a belly button piercing, my first impression was excellent. The place is clean and well put together. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ben was over the top informative to my situation and what needed to be done. This was my first tattoo larger than a quarter so I was REALLY nervous but the staff put me at ease and the shop itself is really comfy and welcoming. Bottom line: -Excellent staff and artists -Welcoming environment -Fair prices -10/10 would recommend to a friend (especially if that friend is nervous about tattoo shops) My Experience: This was not my first tattoo experience, but it was my first 5 star tattoo experience. I went in on a whim to check out the place and talk to an artist about some questions I had about design and placement. I spoke with Matt and Ben at the front and immediately felt at ease. I have been in many different shops and this was by far the most inviting and friendly atmosphere I have experienced. Matt was kind and professional and I made an appointment with him without hesitation. Tattoo day came and it was just as wonderful as I anticipated. Matt had my design ready based off some photos I emailed in and it was exactly what I wanted. I have a high pain tolerance but it was a rib tattoo so I figured it was going to be pretty bad regardless. But Matt had a very gentle hand and I only had to breathe deep a couple times and did not have to ask him to stop the whole time.The tattoo is absolutely perfect. He wrapped in in Saniderm which his far more pleasant than the typical gauze and tape that I have dealt with in the past. Its a little gross because there is a collection of seepage during the healing process but it is so much better than anything I have been wrapped with in the past. It’s hard to find a good shop to get pierced in and after a lot of research and reading reviews I went to Modern Moose. I got my nose re-pierced after a year of it being out by Ben. The shop is clean and welcoming. All the paperwork is electronic so it’s easy. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Ben went over everything. We went to honor my son and her brother, who we sadly and suddenly lost this past summer. We also got mother/daughter tattoos. My wife and I took our daughter to get an Industrial piercing in her ear. I have heard a lot about this place and have traveled past it many times but have never been inside. My daughter was hoping to get her ear done by Ben who her friend raves so much about. We walked inside and I could not believe how clean and bright this shop was. I have been in a few shops and this is one if the cleanest I have seen. Well come to find out that Ben was off so we were greeted by Bear. I was hoping that this guy would be good because, he is piercing my little girl. Went to Ben for my Septum piercing best experience EVER !!! Virtually pain free, very clean environment and professional staff. Ben was patient, professional and most importantly very thorough. He went over each item being used, showing each certificate of sanitization on the closed packaging. He explained the entire process before beginning and gave equal attention to follow up care. I've been to parlors in Texas Georgia and even South Korea and this by far was the best experience I've had. All of the artists are super friendly and love what they do. I showed Bree (Brie?) a picture of a tattoo that resembled what I wanted then told her the details to change or add and she came up with this awesome piece. Two great experiences at this shop. Corey did matching tattoos for me and my girlfriend as walk ins, they are beautiful and he did a kick ass job, they are exactly what we wanted. Recently went back and got pierced by Ben, I had been wanting my nipples pierced for years and finally decided to do it. Again was a walk in and Ben took me right before close no problem.
