I was recently tattooed by Josh. He's a phenomenal artist, and I am in love with my piece. The shop atmosphere is awesome, with tons of art and antique pieces to look at. I came in for a consultation with John about having a tattoo (from another shop) fixed and we decided it was best to start fresh and cover the old one. My sister and I went in for pink ribbons behind our ears in memory of our Aunt Linda, our tattoo artist was John and he was really nice and has a very gentle hand. 07/07/2017 John re-did a cross on my arm and it turned out great. I then wanted him to do a cover up on my shoulder and was talking to him about a peacock that would not only cover the old shoulder tattoo but cascade down my arm. John was in the middle of moving his shop and that was fine however, John never got back to me and never returned my calls. I even said to his partner on 07/06 to have john call me back the same day if he was still interested. He did not. Money left on the table. I am totally giving Custom Creations Tattoo a 5 star! I always pass by this tattoo shop and never really thought to check it out but I am glad I did. I booked my appointment a week in advance with John. I left a deposit and the apprentice who is so sweet gave me a receipt and their cute little appointment card! I had given the drawing to the artist so he could give me some ideas to incorporate into my tattoo. My son drew a picture for me and I wanted that exact drawing on me. Well he did it and we incorporated watercolor into it!  I am a huge baby when it comes to tattoos but John has a pretty light hand so I was okay with it! We took one break which I totally needed and then we were back at it! When John was finished with my tattoo I was amazed! It was exactly how I pictured it. Super Approachable and friendly. some shops ive been to look down on you because you are a beginner of getting tatted. i dont feel that i should have to "act cool" just to walk into a tattoo shop.
