Lyz McClellan is the only person I would ever trust to pierce me again. She took time out of her personal schedule just to see me. I had only ever had my ears pierced (with a gun ) so I was quite nervous about getting my nose pierced especially because I don't like having my face touched but this was something that I wanted to conquer my fear of. She was extremely patient and calm the entire time which helped calm my anxiety tremendously and allowed my husband to hold my han...d the entire time. She spoke in a soft voice, slowly walking me through each step of the process and only proceeded with each step when I felt ready. She constantly made sure that I was ok, asking how I felt and gently dabbed the tears away that were leaking from my eye after everything was done. She used clean, sterilized equipment that was pre-pakaged and clean gloves. Anyone who is wanting to get poked needs to go directly to Lyz. My daughter had a bad experience when she was little at a chain store with the piercing gun. We had to let the holes close up. Lyz is amazing. I was thinking about getting my nose pierced for awhile and decided to just stop by after work one day. Had my septum pierced today by Ozzie.... firstly, I HONESTLY didn’t even feel it! Like the tiniest pinch and my right eye watered, that was it! Secondly, I accidentally tipped the wrong amount (like 55$ the wrong amount)... once I contacted them, Ozzie was so accommodating and promptly adjusted the payment amount to what I meant it to be! I came here today to get my cartilage pierced and was very very pleased with the entire experience. The procedure from start to end was very sterile. My guy (don't recall his name, unfortunately) prepped well, changed his gloves multiple times, and cleaned the piercing up very well. He made me very comfortable & answered all questions I had & provided me with great info on how to care for it while it's healing. Highly, highly, recommend!! I have been here twice, the first time I had Steven tattoo me he did an awesome job gave me what i wanted it came out perfect. The second time i had Matt give me two tattoos the first one came out ok needs to be touched up the other one looks ugly it is not what i asked for at all. I wanted the out line of a heart he did it free hand he filled it in when i told him that is not what i want. it looks like an upside down turd.
